THE MOST OUTSTANDING POSITIVE THING WAS THE QUALITY AND GOOD DISPOSITION OF THE RECEPTION AND ADMINISTRATION STAFF. THEY WERE ALSO GENEROUS AND FRIENDLY IN THE GASTRONOMIC SERVICE ROOM. THE FACILITIES ARE SUITABLE FOR THIS TYPE OF HOTEL SERVICE BEING A LARGE HOUSE ADAPTED FOR THIS TYPE OF SERVICE. THE BREAKFAST WAS OF GOOD QUALITY AND FLAVOR, VARIED MENU.

We stayed for almost 2 months. I loved the location of the room, with a big tree right in front of the room windows. The breakfast downstairs was superb, nourishing us every day. A special thanks is due for the personnel/staff who went above and beyond in genuine hospitality and care. Everyone showed excellent care, and Mr. Qasim, Mr. Ali, Mr Tanvir are a few names worthy of mention in showing exceptional hospitality. Mr. Qasim was genuinely concerned for us when we caught flu in the changing weather and asked after us regularly, assuring that we had everything we require to stay comfortable. This kind of genuine kindness is rare to find nowadays and we highly appreciate it. The cleaning staff were all very good in their job and made sure that the room was sparkling clean and fragrant. Overall a wonderful experience. Thank you.
