Reviews of Islamabad Hotel

The room was old but well-maintained. The furnishings had a rather elegant feel to them. Security was top-notch, so I was able to sleep soundly. However, the power outlets in the room kept popping out as soon as I plugged something in. The shower only had cold water.

I spent one night. Room was good and quite. Staff was cooperative, helping and kind.

It was a pleasant experience staying here. I really liked the room. The only areas for improvement would be the noise from the corridors and the shower’s water flow. Breakfast was excellent, and Mr. Shahrukh was exceptionally kind.

Good stay

Check-in was smooth, and there was even a shuttle bus to the airport, which is a common service in many hotels and guesthouses in Islamabad – a really thoughtful touch. The hotel provided drinking water. The breakfast wasn't particularly suited to Chinese tastes, but that's typical for all hotels; a coffee machine would have been nice. However, there were light meals and coffee in the lobby at reasonable prices.

The breakfast is average, the Wi-Fi in the room is a bit slow, and the overall facilities are old, but the location is good, and it is closed, so it feels safer.

High cost performance and strict security inspection

I visited Islamabad Serena in March 2024 during a business trip, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment I entered the hotel, I was impressed by its elegance and welcoming atmosphere. The staff treated guests with great respect, professionalism, and hospitality. The hotel felt more like a palace than just a five-star hotel. The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and beautifully designed, while the food was of excellent quality with a wide variety of options. Overall, Islamabad Serena provided a unique and memorable experience through its outstanding service, luxurious facilities, and warm hospitality. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Islamabad for business or leisure.
