"Overpriced and overrated. No proper parking available, imagine leaving your car outdoors in extreme weather, or walk at least 200m to your car on extreme days. The first impression of the room was not good. Bedsheets, not proper white but giving and oldish look. Hotel was built some 25 years ago and bathroom has not been upgraded accordingly. Old style and only one fixed shower head in bath area. Two wall mounted paintings hanging in the room were a bit tilted, carpet on the floor also giving an old look. I arrived around 4:00pm and was late for lunch, expected that fruit basket will be available in room upon arrival but nothing was there and i had to call at least three times, had to walk down to the reception as well to receive one. Ordered food online and hotel entrance staff told me that outside food was not allowed, neither i was allowed to sit in open area and eat that food. Eventually, i had to fill a consent form and only then i was allowed to take food to my room. On my day 2, i had a call multiple times to get tea/coffee items in my room. Took at least half an hour to get this mission accomplished. Overall, hotel is not bad but these little details need attention to maintain a good standard."

"Good services, friendly and respectful staff members, breakfast was of low standard, although kitchen staff was good, there were some guest who were making noise and kept TV volume very high, the management has to keep eye on such guests and they should be respectful to other residents. Overall experience was good. Recommended for families."

"This is a separate apartment, BnB type, not a hotel. Cleanliness was good. There is no reception at all, the owner will contact you on phone only. No luggage storage facility. No facility of Suana, gym, swimming pool or children play area. All these facilities belong to another club which are all paid. Only Wifi is free and if you have car then you may park it on the service road on public road."

"Our stay at this hotel was excellent from start to finish. The location is amazing, with plenty of stores right nearby and just a few minutes' drive from Centaurus Mall, making it very convenient. The rooms were spotlessly clean and equipped with all the necessities, ensuring a very comfortable stay. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the incredible service. The staff was amazing, very kind, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They promptly helped us with our luggage, and since it was near Iftar time, they generously brought us Iftar and drinks without us even asking. The reception desk was always ready to help with any request, and they even allowed us a late checkout, which we really appreciated. The hotel restaurant serves the best Chinese food and amazing drinks. Room service was quick and efficient. Honestly, everything was impressive and perfect. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in in Islamabad. Highly recommended!"

"When I reached they couldn’t track my booking record but after 30 minutes everything went smooth. People at the front desk were nice and kind. Clean and tidy room with good amenities. Toothbrush was hard and not good quality- almost destroyed my gums- hair shampoo was bad. Breakfast was nice with variety of western and eastern mix but I really missed nihari. Overall my experience was good."

"The rooftop buffet is to die for. Steak, barbecue, scrumptious deserts and excellent curry and salad choices. The housekeeping staff is exceptional helpful and attentive. The executive lounge has free high tea for executive suites which has sandwiches and fruit chaat that are delicious and cardamom tea and lattes served for free all day. "

"Clean, with good service and strict security. It's currently undergoing renovations which caused some disruption. The surrounding area isn't great. We requested a packed breakfast for an early flight, but it wasn't provided. Despite that, the service attitude was very good."
