However, what really sets Mula Hotel apart is its exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was not just professional but genuinely warm and welcoming. Their constant smiles and readiness to assist at any hour truly made me feel valued and taken care of. From getting a bottle of water in the middle of the night to personal touches like waiters remembering my omelette preferences after just one day - every detail was noticed and appreciated. I must give special mentions to Ercan at the restaurant and Ilknur at the front desk. Their outstanding service and personal attention significantly enhanced my stay. Their professionalism and kindness reflect the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction. Coming from someone who travels significantly and has stayed in several fantastic properties across the world, I can confidently say that Mula is right up at the top, and a rarity among hotels. Seven Hills Palace & Spa is a wonderful hotel! The service is personal and attentive, and the facilities are very beautiful. We booked a Deluxe Sea View room overlooking the Bosphorous and the outdoor pool on the ground floor, which was very nice. They also have a sauna and steam room available to guests at no charge for 30 minutes each day. Do remember to pre-book. The restaurant on the property is called Vitale and you will not get a better meal in Istanbul! The breakfast is also expansive and includes traditional Turkish breakfast dishes. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I feel the hotel is a bit over-priced for the accommodations. Our room was quite small and I had hoped for a balcony after paying a lot more for a Deluxe Sea View room. We stayed at another hotel in Istanbul that was half the price with same level of service and arguably better facilities, and also closer to the attractions in Sultanahmet. Again, I cannot fault Seven Hills for anything during our stay, but the price is very high considering the facilities.

There are more pros than cons, but there are cons. The hotel is composed of a number of independent houses, located on a public street, i.e., to go from one room to another or to the reception/restaurant, you have to go out to the street and go into another building. It is not cozy at all. The hotel is located at a stone's throw from the Topkapi Palace, the Hagia Sofia Mosque, the Blue Mosque and the Water Cistern. You walk less than 3 minutes to get to any of them. On the other hand, amid Istanbul’s traffic, the worst I have ever seen in my life, the traffic near the hotel is the worst of the worst. Very easy to get to the places I mentioned, a nightmare to get in and out of an extremely bad location traffic wise to the generally very bad traffic elsewhere in town. Rooms are decorated in Turkish style, spacious and modern. All convenience you would expect from an hotel of this category are available. Were it not for the location, it would not have been the best choice in my opinion.

Absolutely great place to stay! The hotel is placed on the heart of the city, all main sightseeing’s in walking distance, a lot of restaurants around so it’s easy to find nice place for lunch or dinner or just for cup of Turkish tea. The hotel is not big, with very stylish local design and absolutely warm atmosphere inside: a lot of respect and care about the guests. The rooms are clean and have nice design, small balconies with street view or sea view on other side. In nice cafe on the first floor good breakfast are served. Especially would like to thank Kenan from reception for his hospitality, help in every question we had, stories and recommendations about the city. It was pleasant stay :) Thank you

Pluses: - comfortable big rooms; - perfect location - next to Istiklal famous street and Taksim square is just 10 minutes walk; a lot of restaurants, shops around; 5 minutes walk to Galata tower; - very good service; - ok breakfast (selection could be better) - but service is amazing. Attentive and fast. Special thanks to Eren - surprised with very good service. Please keep him. - 18th floor have amazing restaurant with city view; - ok small gym; - nice outdoor pool. Minuses: - amenties sometimes have some issues - like windows lockers, lights. Before rooms are given to clients - would recommend to check. In general would recommend and i would be back.

Our room was adequate in size, but the room itself and definitely the bathroom needs refreshing, as there were areas of chipped paint, etc. Had a little difficulty with working the AC. Towels were very thin and some were stained. The restaurant was almost always empty every time we went, for drinks, and also for dinner. Breakfast in the morning was served late every day, but was OK. Coffee was good.

Stayed here with my wife and we arrived very late Saturday night, thanks to the night man who was very helpful, went up to the rooftop for breakfast next morning and what a great view. After talking with Abdorahman, Rosa and Madonna we were upgraded to a bigger room as we were staying for a week. This was great and the staff were all very friendly, nothing was a problem for them, always checking if we needed anything and advising on places to eat. Madonna’s garden on the rooftop makes it look great and Rosa is a great cook, sharing some of her own made things with us and it was never a problem if we wanted an extra tea or coffee. And thank you for all the extra touches on Eid. Would recommend this hotel to anyone and thank you for a great time, hope to see you all again.

I feel very happy about this hotel. The location is perfect to access tourist attractions. In five minutes by walk , you can see Blue mosque and Ayasofya. Many hotels and restaurants nearly, no fear to walk down night streets. Room condition also good. Clean & Water pressure strong, hot water Ok. Most impressive thing is the attitude of staff. Considerate,sensitive!... No words to express!! Make me wanna come here again. thanks again.
