The rooms are comfortable and clean. The beds are comfortable. The Bucklet materials in the room were missing. They completed when we asked. You cannot order cigarette private drinks and so on from the reception. Take what you buy and go. Market shops are very far away. Breakfast is open to the buffet but it's too cheap for such a budgetary and elegant place. Even the appearance of golf courses is quiet :) receptionists and serveers are too tight and unnecessary serious disturbing. Even taking the spaces on the table is a matter, we've been bored and changed the table. The staff should be handled.

Really good experience staying here. The apartment was upgraded when we reached and loved the views from 15th floor. The hotel staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, I have to name Anil, Muhammad and Deniz for being so helpful and giving correct information to guide. Malls are conveniently located around the area. Few restaurant options as well. There are plenty of ATMs around the area and Kazım Karabekir metro station is 10-15 minutes walk. All of this makes it very convenient for families. It is a bit far from Sultanahmet area (where most of touristic attractions are) but shuttle services are conveniently available from hotel to Taksim square. We loved our stay here and highly recommend!
