DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL - DISHONEST AND FRAUDS
The staff at this hotel are dishonest and fraudulent. They have fake reviews listed on other sites so be aware of this. I travelled as a solo female from the UK and regret booking this hotel. Trip.com have contacted the hotel on my behalf several times requesting for them to refund me the four nights of stay that I did not stay, when I only stayed two nights, however the staff Memet, Khaled and the manager refuse to refund me even though the staff Memet had advised this would be rightly done. However when I returned to the UK, they have stopped answering calls and responding, all in all to steal four nights of stay which I did not stay for. Memet had advised he would have this refunded to me via hia manager, but as soon as I returned to the UK and checked out, Memet and other staff such as Khaled and the Manager denied this and have kept this money despite Trip.com also contacting them several times for them to refund this. UNPROFESSIONAL, LYING, DECEITFUL and FRAUD STAFF AND A HORRIBLE HOTEL - STAY WELL AWAY
