The hotel has a great location, but other aspects are unsatisfactory. Bugs kept crawling in the room, and the hotel's interior was a mess. It was even worse than a farm stay in China!

Please don't choose this hotel . The hotel is ZERO STAR The manager and worker are very rude and impolite. I never choose this hotel again . Honestly the hotel & the workers are terrible . Air Conditioner doesn't work at all rooms . I have had too much trips and I visited some countries but honestly the hotel was the worse hotel I have ever seen.

My sister and I vacationed here in May 2023. The hotel certainly wasn't what we're used to in Egypt or Turkish resorts. But it was clean, with daily cleaning and towel changes. The breakfasts were average, but we were full. There were soups and salads, eggs, cheese, olives, and vegetables. Simit bread and rolls, tea and coffee—what else could you want for breakfast? The T1 tram stop is nearby, which is what we needed for sightseeing. There are shops on our street, so if you're looking for something to buy, you can also go here. A shopping center is 15 minutes away, and there's a Migros grocery store on the ground floor. They have reasonable prices and a wide selection, like a Russian Magnit store. It's just a shame there wasn't a balcony. But the restaurant on the 8th floor had great views of the city.
