The location is good. Everything else is bad. Most importantly, it does not match what is stated on the site. Why? The room is very small, there are no slippers despite the fact that the shower is without a partition, there is no closet, no hair dryer, no shampoo. I changed six hotels on this trip in Istanbul, but there was no such poor breakfast anywhere, although the hotels were budget, and this one is the most expensive. The price is not reasonably high. Only one plus, it is quiet at night and the Internet is normal, a blanket in a duvet cover. They also wanted to move us to another building of theirs 800 meters away, and there is a laundry downstairs. Why is this not stated on the website? I was in the hotel for 1 month my room was only cleaned once. Room was very small there were no city views as advertised no pool as advertised had to buy my own coffee and sugar plus no fridge.

I stayed at annex building and really enjoyed. It's old building but 10 years experience in Istanbul normal room. Air-conditioning was perfect and WiFi good. Güle güle until next time

AVOID,AVOID..., After booking I contacted the hotel to get the taxi details, owner of the hotel immediately asked me to cancel the reservation. when I reached the hotel there was no room for me as per the booking. Then he took me to another dirty hotel and dumped me over there... Due to my heavy baggage and trip plans I had to accept the hotel owner's crooked plans

I booked online but I was told is fully booked this is dodgy place and the owner is very very rude, been told is never reserved in fact all rooms available online for higher prices Please avoid this hotel

It's horrible it's a map to a mouse room holes in the sheets in relation to rodents disgusting room no window the window doesn't open rather it looks like a storage room or storage room it shocked me we didn't could sleep arrive very late at night we could not stay in this disgusting room I had to rent another room elsewhere and moreover the manager of the hotel was not there there was a receptionist who is not used to nothing! The worst part of all this is that Booking does not want to reimburse me and when I wanted to get my room back, which I paid for 15 days, the hotel re-let it! Unacceptable Unacceptable I've never seen this in my life he won't let me into my room he rented to someone else and he doesn't want to pay me back was leaking it's thieves and rooms big disgusting everything is rotten and unsanitary
