The hotel was lovely the staff very helpful and the location perfect. We had a three night stay and it was perfect. Comfortable bed too. Would recommend to anyone wanting a bit of luxury.

The transparent toilet with curtain is very inconvenient. The supply was wrong and the guest was wrongly accused of using it and asked to sign a waiver. It was really inexplicable. The hotel staff seemed to be unfamiliar with the business. The breakfast staff also had a bad face. The hotel design was thoughtful, but I hope to strengthen the control and training of service staff.

The place was very nice, clean, and close to everything I will book it again on my next trip.appreciate for all the dedicated services especially by front office and concierge where there are the members of les clefs dor concoerge association. Location is excellent Atmosphere is very nice Rooms are great Value is expensive Cleanliness is good Noise level is acceptable Service is good Amenities is average The only thing I didn’t like is the bathroom glass and covered with curtains so each time you go you have to close and open the curtains.
