The hotel is located IST airport around 15 min only. All good is to connect a flight.

Customer service was rude , as I came directly from airport asked for early check in , they charge me almost two days charges for one night stay because I wanted to check in early , room was smelly , AC can’t be turned on for more than 10 mins , will turn off by itself , it’s nearby to airport so a good choice apart from that , would not recommend

Definitely a hotel that is far from being customer friendly.

Very good location close to airport, very clean with comfortable bed, the staff were very kind and helpful even I had a very late check in Mr Alican at the reception made very easy and smooth.

The domestic hotel is more than 200, but the price is doubled. The front desk is very unprofessional. If you book a twin room, you can get one large bed and one twin bed. There is almost no lobby in the hotel. People of color from all over the world are sitting there, like a hodgepodge. The bathroom is smelly, and the paper towels in the bathroom have been used before. The whole hotel is designed like a prison. The door of the room is not soundproof at all, and you can see the shadow of people outside through the lock. The sound of the air conditioner is very noisy, the surrounding area is deserted, the price of the hotel is very high, and the surrounding area is rampant. Please be cautious when booking.

It is 14 kilometers away from Istanbul New Airport and only takes 15 minutes to reach the airport. It is a good choice for transit. There is also Starbucks. However, the surrounding area is very wide and there are not many restaurants. It is only suitable for transit flights of Turkish Airlines back to Shanghai.

The location is close to I ST Airport, the bed is soft and comfortable! But the front desk customer service attitude is not good

Just for the convenience of taking a plane. It should take about 20 minutes to get to the airport. The surrounding area is quite remote and the room is relatively small. It is barely livable. You get what you pay for.

It is close to Istanbul airport. If you have a transfer in Istanbul, I can recommend it.
