Todo muy bien. Destacar la limpieza. El hotel muy nuevo y el personal muy amable. Sólo decir que el wifi algunos días no funcionaba.

Breakfast needs to be a bit more extensive. The amount of toiletries were limited, I needed toothpaste and lotion and they didn’t have either

I was looking for an affordable place that was within walking distance to some of the sites. This hotel was perfect - walking distance to the blue mosque, Hagia Sofia, the Bazaar, restaurants, water views, etc. Plus I found the room to be simple and comfortable. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again.

Service was very good. All the staff were very friendly and performed their duties in an exemplary manner. Breakfast was very nice with traditional turkish and eurpoean options. Wonderful Halava cookies!! Not as quiet as we had hoped.

We really enjoyed our two night stay at Novel Hotel. The hotel is close enough to the metro to make transportation easy, and close enough to the tram for major sites. Car traffic is mostly closed on the street, so it is quiet, but maybe a bit too quiet at night if one is walking alone. The room is super clean and well laid out, and the breakfast is good. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Istanbul.
