Stayed 1 night in King deluxe room. Good location, terrific breakfast with lots of choices. Service staffs were super friendly.

One of the best hotels in Istanbul in terms of location, price and quality. Its restaurant, proximity to the metro and being in the city center make it a preferred location.

Clean, but nothing special for such a chain, breakfast is ordinary

I have used it dozens of times since the pandemic, but after my last 4-5 stays, the situation is constantly getting worse. Even though I warned them twice, they did not even care. The furniture in the room is stained and junky, the air conditioners work occasionally and are inefficient, there are constantly noisy rooms in the corridor, and the management never intervenes. As someone who knows this hotel very well, I would never recommend it. Do not choose it.

Very clean and friendly staff

There are bidets in the rooms instead of bidets, so while we can find bidets even abroad, it was surprising to encounter such a thing in Turkey. For this reason, we do not plan to stay again, other than that, the room and hotel are nice.
