👉This hotel is located near TakSim Square, making it very convenient for transportation. 🚍🚎 You can easily access buses and the subway station. ✅️ The rooms might be a bit small, but they are very clean and odorless. However, there might be some noise from outside in the mornings. 👍 Highly recommended. 🚍 Close to the bus stop for easy access to Istanbul Airport.

There are no tissues in the room, nor basic toiletries like toothbrushes and toothpaste that we find in the smallest apartments.

Hotel with modern rooms, large comfortable room. Good breakfast. There was a problem with the Internet, but it was solved. If you fly through Istanbul with a long layover, then it is very convenient, the bus stop from the airport is 5 minutes, Taksim Square is 3 minutes

Needs update the room which it s outdated, breakfast was ok. The coffee wasn’t best. The location was good and cheap to stay.

The worst hotel stay I have ever witnessed. There was a water leakage in the room at 1:00 am. I went to the front office Manager, His name is Sercan Serin. He was very rude and unapolegetic for the fact that my room was filled with water everywhere. I asked for an upgrade due to this unfortunate incident that I had to witness at 1:00 am and he informed me that this kind of incidents happen all the time and that he won't offer any upgrades. When I told him that this is not a professional reply from a Front Office manager, he replied in a very rude and careless way that I can simply leave and find another hotel. WILL NEVER STAY IN SUCH A BAD PLACE EVER AGAIN.

The location of Riva hotel was good bud the rooms of this hotel was very small,not very clean and staff didn’t charge water for minibar.if you ask for water,the waiters said you should pay money😑and unfortunately they didn’t give us toothpaste,toothbrush,soap and cotton.

The rooms were nice and modern the bed was comfortable I asked for a Bosporus view and upon availability they said they would. Second day I was upgraded it. The room was very big and spacious. Reception staff was very friendly especially Mr Sercan.

The location was great that’s the only reason that I’d recomend it. The AC wasn’t working, the breakfast was very poor, the WIFI didn’t work. It’s an affordable but not the best option. There are many activities close to this hotel and you can simply walk and find lots of restaurants and places to visit.

The hotel was nice and clean, good wi fi, the service was good, the personel was polite and friendly, especially Goghan who emediately responded to our requests. It's few meters far from the taksim square, very suitable to Instiklal avenue.

Nothing as a real lobby! Too many staff but they couldn't understand well what u mean on the phone. Only some of them were good in English. No Iron in the room even they didn't have it at all only u have to give them ur laundry!!! At 12.00 A.m I asked for a bottle opener, and they said we don't have! And we can't give this service, u have to go out to see if bar would open ur bottle or not! The room (tween bed) was so small. The Ac was not cooling enough.

There is a number missing from the entrance door. There are NO hangers in the bathroom, we had to throw the towels on the floor. The mattress is a rock. The general lighting is very poor. The bathroom HAD a screen and a plastic curtain was left. And the extractor fan doesn't work either.

Taksim’de konaklamak için gerçekten çok iyi bir tercih. Otelin konumu tam anlamıyla harika; Taksim Meydanı’na ve çevredeki birçok yere yürüyerek ulaşabilmek büyük bir rahatlık sağlıyor. En çok hoşuma giden detaylardan biri kahvaltısı oldu. Özellikle kendi pastanelerinde hazırladıkları taze ürünler kahvaltıyı çok keyifli hale getiriyor. Burada yaptığımız kahvaltıdan sonra akşama kadar bir şey yeme ihtiyacı hissetmedik. Otelde Avrupalı turist çok var, bu da konaklamayı keyifli bir hale getiriyor. Genel olarak oldukça temiz ve düzenli. Odalar bakımlı, ortak alanlar da aynı şekilde özenli tutulmuş. Bunun yanında personelin sıcak kanlı ve güler yüzlü olması da hoşuma gitti. Her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalışmaları gerçekten takdir edilesi. Taksim’in tam merkezinde, temiz, samimi ve güzel bir kahvaltıya sahip bir otel arayanlara gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.
