Great location, decent breakfasts, great terrace with watic, friendly staff

We booked this hotel because we stayed there 6 years ago. At that time, everything seemed great to us. But this time, our opinion has completely changed. Firstly, when we wanted to book a transfer to the hotel, no one answered the phone. And when we arrived at the hotel in our taxi, we saw a sleeping administrator. When he woke up, he offered us the worst room on the 1st floor, where everything is visible from the street, and given that the window in the bathroom was broken and did not close, it was also possible to climb into the room from the street. At first, they asked for 20 € to change the room, but after our arguments, they changed it for free. It seems that the hotel has not been renovated at all in 6 years. The floors and baseboards are shabby, the curtains are torn, the walls are stained, the hair dryer mount is loose, the sink is cracked, the electrical wiring is exposed. It was as if we were in an old hostel. At least the linen and towels are clean. There is no TV in the room. But the saddest thing is the non-working air conditioner. It took 5-6 hours to cool the room. Breakfast is meager and monotonous: omelette, sausages, vegetables and muffins, instant coffee.

The rooms are fairly clean and it's a good hotel to stay at when traveling. There were some issues, such as the safe being broken, but if you can overcome these, I recommend it. It's good that there are tourist attractions nearby so you can easily get there.

Отель находится в пяти минутах от площади и от всех кафе, магазинов. Сначала кажется, что он в неприметном переулке, но потом понимаешь, как удобно расположен. На все экскурсии забирают отсюда, трамвайная остановка недалеко. Вышли и пошли гулять, рядом все достопримечательности. Завтраки такие вкусные, много всего, голодным не останешься. В номере нет телевизора, смотрели по интернету российские каналы, все нормально работает.

Отличный обслуживанию хороший персонал ближе городу всё понравилось
