I’d recommend this hotel in Istanbul. Beautiful window view, although can be a bit noisy in the evening. Convenient location close to various coffee shops and restaurants. Great selection of food for breakfast and helpful staff.

A wonderful and outstanding stay. The hotel even held a small celebration for our wedding anniversary. Thank you, Hilton Bomonti Istanbul!

Guest services wasn’t very prompt but food was great, everything was beautiful around here, I extended my stay on ground by the reception

We were in Istanbul on a layover and booked a hotel for one night to rest, get some sleep, and prepare for our onward flight. We chose this hotel based on reviews, and generally, we like the Hilton brand. However, this hotel turned out to be the worst Hilton we've ever stayed at, even though a standard room costs $200. Here's what we got for that price: Upon entering the hotel, there's heavy security, a complete checkpoint, as if they're preparing for a siege! Taxi inspection, baggage check, mirrors under the car chassis. No one greets you at the entrance or helps with luggage! We later realized that the hotel divides guests into two types: those who arrive in expensive cars or VIP taxis get their doors opened and help with luggage, and then there are the rest! We arrived in a regular yellow taxi, and no one paid any attention to us.)) Further inside, there's a frame and scanner for baggage inspection, but no containers for items and bags, so you have to put everything on a dirty belt. My wife had a small white handbag, we asked if it could be checked separately, but they refused. She had to put it on the belt, and as a result, the entire handbag was grey! Check-in: This was a big plus; we were checked in two hours early, although some reviews mentioned being charged extra for early check-in. Room: In principle, the room was good and standard for the Hilton chain. It was large, bright, and had a good workspace. But the room preparation and cleaning were terrible! The plumbing was all stained, and the mirrors and windows were dirty. There were no toiletries or bathrobes when we checked in. We called and asked for them, and they brought bathrobes and extra towels (). Breakfast is a separate issue... When you book this type of hotel, you expect a robust breakfast with a lot of variety, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case here. There was a large variety of bread and pastries, that's what stood out, a really large selection. There were few hot items for breakfast, almost no cold cuts or sausages, only two types of olives (and they weren't tasty, even though olives are a staple in Turkey), hardly any fruit, and no fish. There was smoked mackerel, but it looked sad... The coffee was awful; I made a cappuccino from the machine, and it felt like I was just drinking hot milk. The funniest thing was that when we left, we had a VIP taxi, and they helped us load our suitcases, smiled, and wished us a good day.)) Summary: + Early check-in Comfortable bed and good bedding, we slept well and recovered after our flights - Unfriendly staff Poor cleaning Terrible breakfast Location (Far from shops and the subway. Surrounded by construction, dirt, dust, and many questionable people) Security check at the entrance (Please buy some containers for items) For us, this was the worst Hilton we've ever seen! From Bomonti, it's just the name, but no service....

The location of hotel is very convenient at coty centre hub. Breakfast has a lot of variety and satisfying Will appreciate if there are more chinese food option available. Furniture a little bit old, it will add more point if management could refurnish it in the future

I have enjoyed after i checked out i forgot my expensive Amber rosary they have told me in WhatsApp they found it and then i have received email saying no we did not find the rosary and i know where i keep it in the room and forget to take it .

I think it has a great location and a really nice vibe.

As usual Hilton will not let you down. Great grand entrance hall clean rooms and all the facilities you can think of. The only little unpleasant incident occurred was the reception counter didn’t pass the number of residents in the room to the room service so they keep providing room services for only two people instead of three which was quite annoying when asked the room service staff and they always requested you to refers to the reception services.

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The location is convenient, the room is clean and tidy, and the facilities are comprehensive, especially the bedding which was incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast was rich and delicious. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit. Five-star recommendation!

Great hotel! Everything clean, tidy, service is great. We enjoyed our short stay there. Loved room-service breakfast. N.B: taking a taxi in Istanbul check taximeter and in case something is wrong insist on it. Be careful even when taxi is caught by hotel staff. P.S. for russian travellers: Union Pay (russian agricultural bank) is accepted in this hotel

This hotel offers the best service and value for money. The breakfast selection is great with many options, and the housekeeping is excellent.
