The hotel was clean and organized, and the location was good. You can easily get to Metro and Tram from the hotel.
However, I found the hotel to be very noisy night time, we experienced that music was playing outside, and we were not able to sleep...When I asked the staff in the hotel to change our room, they were nice enough to change it, but there was still a loud noise coming from outside.
And we found the break-fast to be averaged. Most of the items were cheese and vegetables...Not varieties of food, we noticed the same items pretty much everyday.
We stayed in a 3*** hotel for a week before Mosaic, and the break-fast was actually better than Mosaic hotel.

The hotel was decent and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. I’d recommend. The only downfall was the gym. The treadmill didn’t work nor did the bike. Pool was decent. If you were intending a hotel with a decent gym this isn’t for you. Otherwise I’d recommend

Lovely hotel clean , good breakfast , helpful staff only issue was having to use the pool etc after 6pm it’s free 12-6pm but that’s not really convenient when doing activities all day

Service of house keeping ,room services and reception were good. Breakfast spread was great. However there are need to improve choice in gala dinner. Stay was pleasant.and injoy swiming pool and best services is ms vishakha and Mr Kamal pandy front office manager and Mr anurag Pathak

Very nice hotel at a great location, good spa and nice rooms. Beds could have been a little more comfortable, but we didn't mind. Overall, good value for money, would definitely recommend.

I was looking for hotel with spa. The spa at this hotel was simply not usable! The pool and jacuzzi where ice cold, turkish bath was not clean at all, there was buckets with dirty towels all over the place. The stuff extremely unfriendly, one person was smoking! Without a doubt one of the shadiest pleases i’ve ever been!

I enjoyed very much breakfasts in hotel Mosaic. Freshly prepared and very tasty. Variety of dishes and drinks. The staff is very friendly and hospital. I like fried eggs and pancakes! Special thanks to chef and the cook.
