Version Hotel

It was the worst experience I have had in hotels! The reception staff is very nice. The hotel is very well furnished, but inside it is a disaster! As soon as you enter the room, the coughing starts immediately! Very bad smell, suffocating humidity, not enough air, we even got an infection from the laundry full of germs! The only hotel that made me take anti-infection medicine!

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in! Firstly it was difficult to communicate with staff who spoke little English, which meant any issues that needed attention or rectifing was an issue. On arrival my mother who struggled to use stairs was given a room on the 4th floor, the fridge in our room never worked for the period of our stay (9 nights) even when asked several times for someone to fix it. The air con was like a blow heater, and the breakfast buffet was the same every day, with food that was not fresh (leftovers from lunch or dinner) with the basics missing such as juice and when milk or bread finished they were not replaced instead we were told the staff had gone to purchase these? We were given torn and shabby towels. Worse when raising these issues with the manager 'Niloy Yamon' she was not interested and very rude.. I will be contacting my agency regarding a refund!
