Hotel was far from metro station, nothing to see or visit walking distance. You need to take bus to visit mall or other places. Bus came rarely, people nearby are really rude. Different from the description. Very disappointed.

A world class hotel in the heart of New Istanbul. All queries expertly attended to and the hotel rooms were spotless and the location is ideal with some of the most breathtaking views of the Bosporous and Istanbul. Went to the roof top for refreshment and managed to really enjoy the holiday to the full. The hotel deserves its five star rating.😊
