Tulip City Hotel

Excellent management with great staff and service, It was nice to have a good breakfast every morning on the property. Sefa has a huge personality, the other guys at the desk were so lovely and helpful.

In one word, an awful hotel. In details, the hotel have dark, old design, and old fashion rooms and furnitures and atmosphere, with many stairs to get into the restaurant for the breakfast. Although in the hotel services was written the room has minibar, my room didn't have. I complained to the reception for that, he said they don't have an empty room to change my room with a room with minibar, it was in the middle of the summer, imagine how hard is to spend the time without minibar. I gave them some of my stuff to put it in their refrigerator, but they kept it in room temperature and all my stuffs were spoiled!!!! The other day I had angrily a serious argument with the reception and finally they provide a minibar from nowhere!!!!! In breakfast time, there was no toaster for broad and the breakfast had with very limited items to eat. Another suprising point was that the safety box was not attached to the wall/closet and any one could easily move it from your room! I am totally disappointed for my reservation and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, unless you wanna be close to the Istiqlal st. for shopping purposes& irresponsible staffs don't bother you.

Its not a hotel its lower than a hostel the view was awful full of noise air conditioner was not worked tea and kettle was not free just for first night was free the breakfast was the worst breakfast that i ever had There was a door that was locked apparently in each room that you did not feel comfortable The receptionist could not speak english fluently They did not have even a room for suitcases and all the suitcases were at the lobby in the corner

Definitely not a 4 stars hotel, the location is great and near to all cool places you need, but the rooms are somehow old and not very comfy, small bedrooms, poor services quality and poor breakfast. I do not recommend it for families, but if you just want to stay for 1 night or 2 you can stay here because it’s near subway stations and main streets.

Very bad، rooms are very small , work team need communication skills course,breakfast is the same every day,very noisy, not clean, we change this bad hotel with another clean hotel. لا انصح به ابدا الغرف صغيرة جدا و تحتاج لصيانة الحمامات تالفة طاقم العمل سيئ في التعامل مزعج جدا لقربه من اكبر ملهى ليلي الفطور مكرر يوميا

The worst hotel experience in our entire traveling life. I don’t know even how it is called an hotel !! First of all the staff there is not helpful at all , I was alone carrying all of my entire traveling bag me and my family and no one even offered a helping hand they were even ordering us!! Secondly the room is far beyond terrible; the AC wasn’t working at all and as a result of that I suffered from nose blockage my entire trip due to the very hot weather, the pillows were so so thin as if they have been used for 20 years or something , our floor was the non smoking floor but we woke up every day on the smell of cigarettes filling the air and last but not least if you want to take the elevator think twice as you will wait minimum of 15 mins waiting for it .

On arrival I was greeted and was told that I was given a superior room than that I booked. When I entered my allocated room, I found that the bath was for persons with disability which means that the bath was of a chair shape and you have to climb at least half a meter not to mention the danger of slipping. On my first night I found that opposite the hotel they were playing very load music which made it impossible to sleep . This lasted until one o’clock in the morning. The day after I asked hotel staff so that they change my room owing to the bath being for the disable, but I was told that the hotel was fully booked. After arguing and threatening I was given another room. To my surprise I found that TV and flushing does not work. The WC not fixed correctly to the floor with the result of swinging while in use. The AC remote does not work . One window hinge broken which made it difficult to open or close. I reported all these to hotel staff and the day after they fixed the flushing and changed the Tv set with an old one. The TV set only lasted for one day and stopped working again. This was the worst hotel I have ever been. At least the bed was comfortable

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Conned with sim, lift broken, toilets broken, no sound proofing, sauna broken, door card does not work, always have walk down 7 floors to reactivate everytime. Worst hotel experiance of my life. 1 star at best.

This is not a 4 star hotel. Lift didn’t work, WiFi down majority of the time, phone in room did not work, cleaning service was very bad and dusty air con system. I would not recommend.
