I've stayed at this hotel several times because the hotel is in the city so it's easy to walk to many places. And the service is good because all the staff are kind and always smiling:) The hotel and room are clean and the bed is comfortable.

The staff are very enthusiastic, especially the handsome chubby guy wearing glasses, who enthusiastically explains the nearby attractions and gives directions. I paid extra to upgrade the room type, which was very nice. I could see Galata and it was very close. We even got champagne for Valentine's Day, which was a nice surprise. When traveling in Istanbul, you can choose this hotel.

Facilities: One of the few hotels in the old city that also has an elevator. The room is large, has a large balcony and kitchen, and there are welcome snacks and red wine.
Hygiene: Very clean, the hotel has a good cleaning attitude
Environment: Just one minute away from Galata, there are countless coffees and restaurants nearby.
Service: The service at the front desk is great and will provide everything you need. The attitude is better than five-star chain hotels
