terrible hotel, outside they are working until half past twelve at night, drilling, hammering and you hear everything in the hotel. when someone walks by or talks or from outside you hear everything in the room very noisy. the rooms are old and have a lot of mold and a stinky sewage smell. I forgot my ring on the table due to the stress of the taxi, I called back and I'm sure it was there, the reception said it wasn't there. thieves!! never again

air condition not working , fridge not working , I've complained the receptionist he said are you sure Ac is not working ; he then came to check and said we can't do anything our operation team will come tomorrow. I said I cnT stay in this room to which he said okay ill show you another room which was also not cooling well. And said only one percent people complaint about cooling and you're one of them ,,; wow how sweet of them!! Means they do have issues and still not solving it right ! Zero customer service - Then he said I can't do anything manager will come tomorrow morning; My infant and toddlers are literally melting and waking up in the middle of night it's 12am . While I'm writing this so that no mother goes through this while on her vacations !! Vacations are suppose to be relaxing . And it's all about hospitality in hotel industry . They don't want there customers to return ..

A den of thieves! Pray stay away! We booked with Agoda. Tiny horrific rooms. Being told that the reservation was non refundable, we were forced to upgrade. The upgraded rooms were moldy. This joint is a 2 star at best. I wonder who they had to bribe to get those 4 stars. Please do not be fooled.

The victory hotel is in a great location. It's at the top of the hill so once u get there it's easy access to the rest of the city. Also Guven at the front desk was very helpful with navigating the city and kind. He was a wonderful human to meet. The hotel was very accommodating as I didn't have to carry my bags upstairs and they brought us a crib for my baby to sleep in. There's an interesting power feature with the key to the room as you only receive one I think its more of a security feature. The view from the rooftop is amazing as you can see the entire city and even catch views of the sea. If we come back to istanbul I'd definitely use this hotel again. Only thing I'd change is more American accommodating selections at breakfast like toast pancakes scrambled eggs or waffles, and a ramp for the handicap / strollers

Small rooms, not clean, it smells bad and not well isolated. This place needs to be renovated and cleaned. The only positive point is the location but other than that I don’t recommend it.

Lovely experience from start to finish lovely room breakfast great staff very helpful mr guven nothing was to much trouble lovely guy swimming pool clean this hotel is well worth staying at the location for shopping is excellent everything walking distance
