Reviews of White Monarch Hotel

Booked for a friend, went there to visit him and met him at the reception complaining, his room was changed 4 times on one night.

I was disappointed with my stay. The hotel was very noisy, and it was hard to rest properly because of the thin walls. The cleanliness was below expectations, and the staff did not seem to pay enough attention to hygiene. On top of that, the breakfast was very poor and not what you expect from a 4-star hotel. Honestly, I don’t understand how this place is rated as a 4-star hotel. In Turkey, it seems the standard for stars is not very clear.

Small changes can be done which makes huge difference, such as breakfast, tea and coffee products in room (no milk provided).

The staff were warm, friendly and very accommodating. The only issue is when booking the UBER, the location sucks and drivers cannot stop at the main road right by the entrance door. They had to stop farther.
