We were there to set up a student at the university. For that purpose it was a great location. Exceptional 4* hotel. Value for money, friendly staff, wonderful cleaners. Walking distance to mosque, coffee shops, restaurants, Medipol university. Easy access to buses. Laid back, less crowded part of Istanbul.

Great location on the Asian side and close by to restaurants and a cinema. A Starbucks is at the basement of the hotel. Good bathroom amenities, large bedrooms even if the lighting system gave me some hard.

The resturant had good ambience, good food and drinks. The staff was very friendly, particularly Eda. Although food closes at 9pm, the staff ensures you have a good time till they close. Will definitely visit again

I could not fault the staff of this hotel and I stay in over 20 hotels a year. They will go out of their way to welcome you and ensure your stay is very comfortable and memorable. In particular, frontdesk: Aygut, Mahmut, Dogukan, Yusuf and Mustafa - anything you want they can do, with no complaints. Breakfast: Eda and Limut. Housekeeping: Kader is the most conscientious and hard working housekeeping lady I have ever experienced. She will completely tidy your room every day, fold clothes and lay out the room perfectly. She is a fantastic addition to the hotel. The hotel does need to ensure it can maintain the continuity of its WIFI service. Management may not feel that this is important to Turkish people but to international travellers, this is critical. WIFI downtime can result in significant loss to customers that rely on the internet for business purposes, whilst travelling.
