So if you're looking for a place to stay, you shouldn't expect much. It's a bit dated and needs to be renovated. It's quiet and central, 4 minutes from Taksim Square, but I wouldn't go there again. However, if you're just using it for sleeping, it's a good deal.

Supporting staff , been there for a week , excellent breakfast , will recommend to everyone , no need to ask they will arrange everything from house keeping to tours details, must stay there

The stay at this hotel was extremely dissapointing and far below any acceptable standards. The room looked nothing like the pictures shown online, it was in a state of disrepair. The room was in terrible condition, everything felt neglected, destroyed or broken. It was very dirty, poorly maintained and overall hygiene was unacceptable. The bathroom was very dirty, showing signs of mold build up, the toilet was not functional and did not flush. The towels provided were torn and looked like they hadnt been replaced in a long time. The neigbourhood around the hotel was dark and unsafe at night. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place.

• The overall room tidiness was below acceptable standards. • The location details provided during the booking process were unclear, and the hotel was not conveniently located as anticipated. • Walls were extremely thin, and I could clearly hear conversations and laughter from neighboring rooms late into the night, disrupting my rest. • The extra bed (sofa bed) provided was broken and very uncomfortable, making it impossible to sleep properly. • There were insufficient blankets and bed covers in the room. • The curtains were too small for the windows, which compromised my privacy and allowed daylight to enter the room very early in the morning, disturbing sleep. • Overall, the experience was not at all what I was led to expect based on the booking description, and I feel that the accommodation did not provide the basic comfort and privacy that any guest should receive.

On the 29th of December , while my husband, was using the shower in our room, the glass of the shower cabin suddenly exploded. The shattered glass caused multiple deep wounds across his body, especially on both hands. This was a traumatic and life-threatening experience. What made the situation worse was the lack of action and support from the hotel staff: 1. They failed to call for medical assistance or an ambulance. 2. They only offered basic first aid supplies (cotton and alcohol) despite the severity of the injuries. 3. They arranged for a taxi, but it arrived after a critical delay of 10 minutes, during which my husband was bleeding profusely. At the hospital, we faced significant challenges in communication due to the language barrier. Thankfully, I contacted a Turkish doctor friend who guided us to the appropriate hospital. We also discovered that the taxi arranged by the hotel demanded additional payment for transportation. After the incident: 1. The hotel management did not provide any meaningful assistance or compensation. 2. The manager apologized but refused to change our room, citing that the hotel was fully booked. However, he also mentioned that the room with the broken shower cabin could not be offered to any other guest due to safety risks. 3. Our room was not cleaned properly to ensure there was no residual glass, forcing us to stay in unsafe and uncomfortable conditions. This incident has not only caused us immense physical and emotional distress but also ruined what was meant to be a relaxing vacation.

Great location, good room size, comfortable, clean, all amenities available! Breakfast was really great too! The staff were really very nice, and they even hand out Istanbul cart for use while staying at their hotel! I would book this place again. Groceries, eateries, and money exchange was just around the corner. Taksim square was a few minutes walk anyway. The bathroom was tiny, but was absolutely efficient. There was an occasional stench in an area, but I am willing to ignore that as it was not permanent.

Big rooms, great English speaking staff english, great location in a quite neighborhood, 5 minutes walk from Taksim square, great price, delicious breakfast, we really loved the stay, thank you for having us

As the CEO of a travel agency responsible for organizing tours and accommodations, I recently embarked on a trip to Istanbul. Given my busy schedule, I relied on the recommendations of Karnaval.ir for my lodging and chose to stay at Endless Comfort Istanbul. At first glance, the hotel’s convenient location and competitive rates on *********** seemed promising. However, my three-day stay turned out to be far from satisfactory. Upon my late arrival at 12:30 AM, I was given room number 13, which was an immediate disappointment. It was situated in the lower ground, right next to the elevator, with windows facing a noisy walking street. I requested a room change, but the staff claimed there were no available alternatives until the next day around noon. Exhausted after 24 hours of travel, I tried to sleep, but the incessant noise from motorcycles and cars passing by on the left side made it impossible. The curtain couldn’t be opened due to the view of a dirty street. On the right side, the constant sound of waste water flowing from other stairs was accompanied by unpleasant odors. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with a dirty blanket being a particular concern. Regrettably, the reception staff proved unhelpful throughout my three-night stay, failing to assist with a room change. To make matters worse, they didn’t refill the drinking water bottle for the second and third days. The breakfast, while basic, was hindered by insufficient space for all guests when everyone tried to dine together. Regrettably, the last day of my stay also happened to be my birthday, and I will never forget the disappointment and discomfort I experienced during my time at this hotel. I strongly advise against accepting a room on the lower ground levels (-1, -2, or -3) if such an option is presented, as my stay was marred by incessant noise, odors, and an overall lack of comfort.

A luxurious and distinguished hotel with efficient staff, excellent service, and outstanding assistance to guests. A varied and exceptional breakfast. Peace and quiet. Everything is beautiful here.
