Booked this hotel because of it’s perfect location near Taksim and Istiklal. Checking was at 2 pm, but was not ready. They said come back after one hour, we came back after 2 hours but still not ready. When we we finally got the room he apologized before we seen the room for bad cleaning. And it really was. Room was not what we had booked, much much smaller and no balcony. The fridge did not work, the AC had really seen it’s better days but worked, was mended with tape. And it was black mold in the shower. The curtains had slipped out of their tracks and were hanging half out of the track. The beds was not good, bedsprings creaked and you could feel them through the madness. They forgot one bed blanket, I went down to ask for it and they said they would be up with it at 10pm first night, at past 10 we said that they could bring it next day, I slept with a beach blanket. In the next evening still no blanket, it came at 10pm after a reminder. Hotel was fully booked so changing was not possible. Felt sorry for the staff, they were very polite and nice, but short staffed. To bad they don’t maintain a good standard, cause even if the room was small, if they did the maintenance the hotel is in a perfect spot and the room itself, was nice painted.

Worst experience ever. Staff lying, doesn't speak English, tries to take more money, cleaning women is robber she took my rings and golden bracelet and another cleaner guy wanted to fight with me! They don't clean rooms, TV doesn't work, no service, paper, towels, lights very small, bad small and dirty as hell!!

We were scammed. When paying the hotel fee, he insisted that we leave the description section blank and that we send money to the card named Yücel E.... He told us that you wrote my last name wrong twice and sent money to him, that thin employee with blond hair. If our money is not sent, we will take legal action! Be very careful about this hotel.

A catastrophic hotel not worthy of these 3* It is not worth 1* We booked a triple room and we found ourselves with a bed of one and a half places and a mattress on an iron support (which breaks the back) We asked the receptionist who told us that he resold our original room and told us that he would find an arrangement for us. The supposedly well located hotel is in the heart of Taksim but to get there you have to turn in threes alleys) We paid around 21 Tunisian dinars (7€)/day/person (for a breakfast which is not worthy (mm not a buffet until you wait 30 mins for a dish containing 3 slices to be brought to you of tomatoes an egg a slice of salami and 3 slices of cucumber with a rotten ricotte not even a coffee not to mention the "restaurant" located outside the hotel in a separate cafe) The icing on the cake the staff is unpleasant with a rudeness never seen To conclude avoid this hotel do not let yourself be tempted by its location supposedly in the heart of taksim (But in fact it is in a poorly frequented alley perpendicular to the main district) I suppose that the favorable opinions on google are just written by hotel employees

I strongly advise you not to stay in this hotel, a real scam. Nothing is good about this hotel only its location. It's a dirty hotel, the cleaning lady openly asks for a tip without doing the minimum in the room. We do not change towels. We even asked for sheets to cover ourselves. All this several times before the staff does their job.
