I stayed at the hotel from May 5th to 7th, 2026. I really enjoyed everything. One of the receptionists spoke good Russian. The room was clean, the linen was very high quality, and I especially liked the soap (pleasant scent and it didn't get mushy). Slippers and towels were provided. Thank you. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I had the chance. The location is superb, with the metro and bus stops nearby, and many cafes offering delicious food. Thank you! It's a little far from the main tourist attractions, about a 20-minute tram ride away, but it's conveniently located about 5 minutes from the nearest station. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The reception staff are friendly. It uses a card key system for security, and amenities include slippers, towels, bath towels, and soap. The shower and toilet are clean, and there's a TV and refrigerator. The balcony door was a little loose, but not a major problem. Non-Muslims might find the prayer chimes at night or early in the morning bothersome.

We stayed at the same hotel before. The hotel is reasonable and affordable, but the previous time we stayed there was an open buffet for breakfast, now there are only a few olives, some cheese, etc. on a plate. Don't expect anything in terms of breakfast.

The room was very close to the light rail, MRT station, and bus stop, and the price was very reasonable. Everything seemed normal upon check-in and in the room, but I ended up in a smoking room, which was a slight drawback.

It was conveniently located near the station and shopping district. The front desk staff were very helpful. There was a park in front of the hotel, and the view was great. The subway, tram, and bus stops were all about a 5-minute walk away, so it was easy to get around. The price was reasonable, and the breakfast was delicious.

Очень приятно вспоминать о пребывании в этом отеле. Самый бюджетный номер бронировала. А он оказался уютным и очень-очень чистым. Все в номере новое, всего достаточно. Всем благодарна - и тем, кто готовил номер и тем, кто работает на ресепшене. Очень хочется побывать здесь еще.

I recently stayed at this hotel and while the customer service was genuinely good, I unfortunately cannot say the same about the overall experience. The staff were polite, helpful, and did their best to assist throughout my stay — which I truly appreciated. However, I was quite disappointed with other aspects, particularly the breakfast, which was well below expectations in terms of both quality and variety. It felt like an afterthought rather than a part of the hospitality experience. Although the service was a positive point, I personally would not choose to stay here again, nor would I recommend it to others. There are other options available that provide a better balance between service and overall experience.

The hotel is conveniently located, with access to one of the central streets, a mosque with a minaret, several cafes, and a grocery store nearby. The breakfast is delicious, the only thing that bothers me is the excessively loud call to morning prayer.

They gave us room 306 - everything you touched simply didn’t work... why didn’t they give you this number right away? We were tired from the road and didn’t want to quarrel..... in the first minute of using the window/door to the balcony in the room, the handle simply stopped responding..... apparently the door was closed on good terms, and we just turned up in time. There is no light in the room, only backlighting together with the turntable, when turned on, this design makes a sound like a power plant (everything buzzes and holds together...) The hair dryer worked for exactly three to three THREE seconds and simply stopped turning on!!!! At the reception there are no spare hair dryers, no possibility of exchanging rooms, very poor service! I would say nothing, only they know how to take money
