Our flight arrived in Istanbul at 6:00 in the morning that day, and we arrived at the hotel at 8:00 in the morning. The hotel manager checked us in early and provided us with free breakfast, which eliminated the fatigue caused by our overnight flight. . The night cruise on the strait recommended by the hotel is particularly exciting. When we were leaving, the lobby manager even made an appointment for us to be dropped off at the airport. The hotel also lent us a bus card, which made our travel particularly convenient. We had a very wonderful holiday during the 3 days we stayed at the hotel. The warm and thoughtful service of all the hotel staff showed us the friendliness and kindness of the Turkish people. Recommended for everyone to stay.

In fact, the price-performance ratio is not very high. The quadruple room is very small. The hotel I stayed in a few days ago at the same price is much larger than this one. Clean and friendly but uncomfortable bed, bathroom and lighting
It may have been unavoidable since it was an old building in the historical district, but the quality of the bedroom was a bit disappointing.

Excellent hotel, close to sites in Old Town. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Staff are all excellent and could not have done more to help us. Highly recommend booking Airport transfer through Hotel, as price for vehicle we had would have been much higher if we'd booked it ourselves. Overall, we had a great stay in this Hotel and amazing city.

Location very good. Close to Grand Bazaar, trem station, etc. Most friendly personnel in Türkiye; Ismail and all others. They will explain where to go and how to get there. They will confirm with drivers and even allow check-in on rheir computer. The food in the breakfast bar is also very good. Only recommendation is that the sauna should be available free of charge and not at €10. Room layout is basic but linnen, mattress, pillows etc is luxurious. O, the toilet and shower is also very comfortable and modern. Bathroom amenities are of good quality. Do they need to change something other than to make the sauna available free; no, it is a nice homely environment.
