Warning! A rip-off in Turkish! Don't book! Maximum 3 stars! The hotel looks nice from the outside, the lobby is nice too. We have a double room book with nice pictures, but we get a small economy room, the man at reception said he didn't have anything else at the moment! And after the long flight we just went to sleep. But it was crap! You could hear everything that was happening in the hallway, the kids were running around all night! A disaster! So normally you'd get your money back!!!

It was a very bad experience, I do not recommend it to anyone No cleanliness, no services, and the location is very bad. Internet service is not available in the rooms. Reception staff are not good.

The hotel is within walking distance of the metro and tram. The room was clean and nice. The restaurant had a nice sea view and breakfast. The staff was helpful and friendly. Overall I was satisfied. I recommend it to those who will visit Istanbul.

I have been staying at the same hotel for 8 years. I am satisfied. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great. There is so much choice. The rooms are well equipped. I can only recommend you. Thank you, Marmaray Hotel, keep it up. I hope to be back soon. Thank you. L.G
