I was in this hotel 4x already,so I can compare the level of the services. Ofortunately-the services are going down.The rooms were cleaned 1x only during the stay and not perfect. The personel doesn´t speak foreign languages satisfactory(only ě exception at the reception), my 3 e-mails with the requsts regarding the kind of rooms were not answered. Otherwise the location is perfect,the swiming pool also.

The staff is not very friendly! There's not even a kettle or coffee in the room! Cleaning is poor!

I stayed at the hotel for a week. It's located right in the center, and most attractions are easily reachable on foot. My hotel room was very clean and inviting. My girlfriend and I particularly enjoyed the sauna, massage rooms, and pool. However, I was a bit disappointed with the fitness studio, as it was just a small corner and the equipment was broken and badly worn, making it unusable and uninviting. The staff were generally friendly.

I had accommodation 4 nights with a group of 46 pax. The rooms are good enough. Large lobby, 5 elevators. The stuff were nice and helpful. Unfortunately I have to mention that breakfast was very poor and not quality. For example they prepare the omlet with some powder. This does not look as omlet it look like food for aliens.....there are 1 sort cheese, 2 sorts salami. All of them no quality. The people here are rude they dont understand anything.

Some + 1. The restaurant is at the 8th floor, so there is amazing view of the sea. 2. There is a large assortment of food at breakfast, so everyone will find what to eat. 3. Good location. 4. There were slippers at the room. And some bad points: 1. Rooms needs renovation, especially at the bathroom. Shower was awful. A window didn't close good. 2. Dirty. When we've just come at the room (around 18:00) there was a long hair at the pillow. Rubbish bin was full. 3. After cleaning one pair of the slippers was disappeared and new one wasn't given.

Today I went to the hotel at about 06:00 in the morning, which I booked 3-4 days ago, and when I arrived I was given a room from the very end of the corridor. I politely asked him if there would be any vacated if he could change the rooms since I was going to stay for about a week. He was very rude to me, he just took away the keys and gave them to me and said: "All the rooms are gone, I won't give you any numbers" What kind of nonsense is this, where is the respect for the guest?! At every hotel and in any other area, politeness and respect are in the first place, but unfortunately I did not see this from the staff of this hotel. So I DON'T recommend this hotel! If you value your self-respect, if respect comes first for you, then this hotel is not for you!

Absolutely terrible hotel, avoid at all costs!!!!!! Nothing works in this hotel. The rooms are like boxes, it's appalling for this price and for a 4-star hotel in such a horrible state. The worst experience of my life. I hope this feedback helps improve your service.

We stayed at the hotel from October 16th to 21st, 2024. It was a group tour, and we didn't choose this hotel ourselves. The hotel's location is good, centrally located, near the Grand Bazaar. It would be of interest to wholesale buyers, as the area is full of wholesale stores. All rooms at this non-AO hotel have Wi-Fi. We changed rooms... There was Wi-Fi on the 7th floor, where we stayed after the change. The rooms were in average condition. Many tourists in our group complained about broken plumbing, torn curtains, and terrible dirt. Breakfasts were monotonous, but quite edible. From the 8th floor, where they are served, there is a beautiful view of Istanbul. This hotel is only suitable for short-term stays, when you only come to your room for the night. The hotel has a spa and a pool, but we didn't use them... We didn't want to, as their technical condition and cleanliness left much to be desired.

This is the worst hotel you could ever stay in. There's absolutely nothing good about this place. The staff is incompetent, the cleanliness is lacking, and there are mosquitoes at night. I was there with my family, including a one-year-old baby, and when I asked for a crib, they told me they didn't have one! Strongly discouraged, especially for families.
