Convenient walking distance to VFS Global. Nice, cozy, clean room.

Fatih at the front desk was wonderful. He helped with everything I needed. The stay at the hotel was wonderful. I recommend it.

The hotel is located 700 meters from the M11 metro station, making it convenient for transit passengers. The airport is about 50 minutes away. The rooms are small, but sufficient for a night or two in Istanbul between flights. Breakfasts are varied and the rooms are clean. The staff speaks Russian. On the downside, the large pillow is uncomfortable.

The hotel is good. I was following the GPS and at the last minute I didn't see it.

The hotel is very centrally located, clean, and nice. The only thing I deducted points for was that the water was 50cl instead of 33cl.

Unfortunately I do not recommend it; we cannot order from outside, we have to get everything from the hotel, and the price of the hotel's market and restaurant is a bit above average, it upset me to feel like I have to use the hotel's market and restaurant every day, we even felt the need for tea bags, there was tea bags on the first day, but it was never replenished the following days, when I entered the room there was neither shampoo nor shower gel, when I asked for it, they gave me a small amount on the first day, but it was never given the following days; I bought that too; the employees were polite and nice, but they generally seemed unhappy, I felt sorry for them; when I was leaving the reception, there was a friend, we were able to communicate well with him, he was a sincere person. I would like to thank you from here.. a small example, we had to use the old, worn-out foot towel with holes for 3 days, (I wouldn't mention it if I was in a normal hostel, but it doesn't suit me when it is 4 stars) the room was not even changed after it was cleaned; I stayed for 5 days and the sheets and pillows were not changed for 5 days..I can't help but add this note: I chose a hotel according to my budget and stayed there. In the summer heat, we consume at least 3 liters of water per person, 2 people 6 liters and I felt very uncomfortable having to buy the highest price from your hotel every day!!! Should I have secretly put the water I bought from outside in my bag?!!! I have never encountered such nonsense... Did I have to eat 3 meals for 2 people from your restaurant?? I was going to extend my stay but I wanted to leave as soon as possible... Right now I order food from another hotel and I also order groceries to my room🥰I feel free..

The hotel is wonderful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, close to the Gaireteppe metro station

Good hotel with a high standard, delicious food, good location but you have to walk down a long hill if you don't have a car leaving from the accommodation. Having to push a bag up a hill is a bit tiring.

酒店位置鄰近機場鐵路，大約10分鐘路程。房間空間充足，衛生尚可，性價比高。更重要的是員工十分友善，尤其是前台員工Selen，令我們疲憊的旅程得到一點放鬆。

靠近地鐵站***rettepe，去馬克西姆廣場好像是2站路，還算方便的，有一段坡路，走到頭左拐就看到酒店了，到機場不用換乘。我一個人住了一晚，安全的！
