Location very nice

Excellent location, good service and fantastic view. The food at breakfast is also good but there is room for improvement!

Rooms extremely clean, linen changed daily. The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.

The staff were really nice and accommodating. The only thing that could have been better was the bed which was quite small for a couple to share. The bathroom and shower were very nice and the location was convenient. The room was clean but small. Breakfast was okay, but the pool was enjoyable.

The room is clean and small. The swimming pool is small and the water quality is average. The hotel is in a good location, very close to Istiklal Avenue. The soundproofing of the room is not very good. The breakfast is good value for money, because the price in Istanbul is very high, so the breakfast provided by the hotel at this price is of good quality 👍.

Even though the rooms were a little small, I thought the central location and cleanliness were nice. It is recommended. We haven't tried the breakfast, so I can't comment on that.

A good choice in Beyoğlu

The hotel is in a great location for going shopping, eating out, visiting various venues etc The staff are lovely and all very helpful. The rooms are standard but all come with their own shower, toilet, TV and mini fridge. I have stayed there twice and would be happy to book there again.

Amazing place, super professional and friendly staff especially Olcay, he’s an Arabic speaker, with a big experience and lovely attitude, he showed us an amazing hospitality experience! I totally recommend the hotel and the experience.

Staff were friendly kabir really helped us. Big family lots of rooms but nothing was too much for them. Breakfast was not good traditional turkish and smelly eggs. Most rooms were very nice one or 2 may need updating a little but we all had nice clean rooms. I would stay here again only 1 or 2 of us had the breakfast there remainder explored on the streets as there are plenty places to chose from. Lobby area nicely presented. Laundry service available. Very close to Istiklal Street. 8 min walk to nearest station. Taxi rank 2 min walk.

The hotel is in a perfect central location, close to main streets and great restaurants, and easy to find. The staff were friendly and welcoming. However, my room on the top floor was right under the hotel restaurant, and it was extremely noisy throughout the night. I spoke with the reception, and while it was quieter for one night, the noise quickly returned, making it hard to sleep during my stay. Unfortunately, due to the noise, I’m not sure if I would stay here again despite the convenience.

We recently stayed at the Grand Hotel de Pera in Istanbul which exceeded all our expectations. We traveled with a family of three (2 adults and a 10-year-old boy). The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, offering a blend of elegance and comfort. They are also very, very clean. I truly don’t understand some of the reviews that pointed to the cleanliness issues. The entire property is spotless). Also, the pool with its cool water provided a nice break, especially after a long day of walking. Secondly, the hotel’s location is unbeatable and a nice change from the overcrowded and noisy old city: — 1m walk to ISTIKLAL, a famous pedestrian walkway with shops and restaurants in the Taksim district; — 7m walk to the Taksim Square — 10m taxi ride ($8 or TRY 200) to the old city. However, what truly made our experience memorable was the exceptional service we received from the hotel's staff. In particular, OZER went above and beyond when my wife suddenly became bedridden with Vertigo. His attentiveness and recommendations of special exercises and medications made a world of difference. The next day my wife started walking again. I can’t Imagine canceling thousands of US dollars in non-cancelable guides, plane tickets, and non-refundable hotels. (Ozer, If you are reading this, please accept our thanks from the bottom of our hearts). I highly recommend this hotel and staff especially OZER to anyone visiting Istanbul. It’s not just a place to stay — it’s a place where you’ll feel home away from home ❤️🚀🙏

Best place to stay in Istanbul. Nice and new flat. Perfect location. Extreeeeeemely helpful staff. Spacious apartment within one min walk from major shopping street. Esp thank Ms Olcay and the morning shift gentleman for their best in class Turkish hospitality

"Honestly, if health and hygiene matter to you, never book this hotel and waste your money and peace of mind. All the staff were unprofessional. The cleanliness was so appalling that I contracted a severe infection since returning home. All towels were extremely dirty and smelly, clearly not washed properly. Daily cleaning visits were superficial; hair left on the floor during our stay indicated inadequate cleaning, with only superficial tidying. On the first day, my makeup wipe accidentally fell onto the bedspread and remained there until our departure, despite repeated requests for replacement. The quality and scent of shampoo and body wash were dreadful. Bad odor pervaded all hallways and rooms. The breakfast quality and cleanliness were also disturbingly poor. There were no extra plates for tongs, and individuals placed used tongs back on the food, which is unhygienic. All dishes and cups smelled of egg, and they were used without being dried. When filling the bread basket, staff used their bare hands, without gloves, from a plastic bag. When I addressed the breakfast management, they reacted rudely and unprofessionally, making no improvements in the following days. In my opinion, this place doesn't even deserve to be called a hotel, let alone a 4-star one. Unfortunately, I fell for the reviews and booked through a site that didn't allow refunds."
