Pera Residence

Location is great access to istiklal with plenty of bars restaurants and shopping. Great if that is your priority. However it was quite loud at night on the weekends. That also comes with street peddlers and kids trying to sell you things non stop. Not recommended if you want to feel secure. Apartment is a good size and large rooms, however the ac in our unit was persistently leaking water, first complaint was made to the front desk and they came to look but could not do anything. The second time it happened and we sent another message to complain about the issue, but it was completely ignored. The main bedroom in our unit also has a fire exit door leading to a stairwell, with a bright emergency exit light blasting through your eyelids as you try to get a good nights sleep. Pack an eye mask.

Comfortable, spacious apartment - modern design with great interior and comfortable beds. Staff is very pleasant and accommodating, has been great to stay here!

Excellent location on a lively street with lots of shopping and restaurants. The place is absolutely massive, but could use a bit of a refresh. A few things were lacking like hangers in the closet, things to wash dishes, detergent for the in unit laundry. But overall would recommend and stay again.

These apartments are massive. Oerfect for families with children. The furniture is a bit dated and could use a bit of freshening up but the location and size of the accommodation makes it worth it. Had a great time at Pera Residence.

Property is perfect location, service is good. Small draw back is you need to get your own things and sometimes a hairdryer is needed to bring with you
