Mercure Istanbul Sirkeci

My stay lasted 5 days. Upon check-in, I asked for the best room available. I was given a room with a mosque view. The manager said it was their best room. However, the problem was that the room was on the top floor, in the attic. It was very hot and stuffy. The service was good, and while the breakfast offered a wide variety of food, it was quite repetitive. The hotel's location is right in the city center, which is very noisy and crowded. Some people might find this appealing, while others might feel uncomfortable. I hadn't considered this when booking the hotel. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and responsive. On the day of my departure, they helped me print my boarding pass, which I really appreciate.

A cozy hotel, with its entrance tucked away in a narrow shopping street, boasts very friendly and attentive staff. They even brought us coffee while we waited for a taxi in the lobby. The breakfasts were excellent and delicious with a good variety. I think if we go to Istanbul again, we'll definitely stay there. Shopping bazaars, cathedrals, the cistern, and the pier are all within walking distance, as are the tram and metro.

The room is a bit small, but the location is excellent. All the attractions in the Old City are within walking distance. It's also super convenient to get to the hotel from Istanbul Airport; the Havist-11 bus stop is just a three-minute walk away.

Before booking, I compared several hotels on Ctrip, and after checking in, I still feel it was excellent value for money. Especially the hotel's location, which makes it very convenient to get to all the major attractions. The surrounding area is also perfect for taking photos. The hotel building seems to have some history, but it's precisely this sense of age that makes Istanbul so charming. I must give a special shout-out to Mohsum at the front desk; your excellent service made us feel incredibly welcome.

The location is fantastic! It's a short walk to both the metro and tram stations, and all the attractions in the Old European Quarter are easily accessible on foot. There are plenty of dining options nearby too. The staff are incredibly friendly and speak excellent English, so communication was a breeze.

Great location in the old town. The interior was clean and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. I would definitely consider this place again for my next visit.

The hotel is a historic building, beautifully decorated in a luxurious and elegant Turkish cultural style. The service was incredibly warm and the staff were all very nice. I forgot to take pictures of the room, but it was also classic and luxurious, and very comfortable to stay in. The breakfast was excellent too. A very pleasant stay!

The room was great, and the location was convenient. We even got upgraded to a room with a view of the mosque! The only downside is that booking last minute made it a bit expensive. The staff were friendly, and the cleaning gentleman was very kind. Highly recommended!
