The House of Tulpan (room 101) + Very good location, just behind the main shopping street with all restaurants and cafés, etc. Havaist or Havabus to/from airport stops near the Taksim Square, just few minutes to walk there. + Air-condition in the room. + Free and good Wi-Fi. + Small safety box. + Small refrigerator with freezer (needs to be replaced as it can't be closed fully). + Iron can be found on the first floor "reception". - Bad sound isolation, hear water drains from other rooms, and people walking/talking on the stairs outside the room or above. - TV, but no cable to it for it to work. - No 'Don't disturb sign' to hang outside the door. Maybe should we lock the door fully with the key? - Should be some hooks on the wall to hang up clothes and not only the small closet. +/- No elevator, but we stayed on first floor so it was ok. Code to the entrance, not a hotel with staff standing at reception. This location is very good, near to everything. For 1-2 nights it's ok to stay here, but with family I recommend somewhere else.

A really nice small hotel close to everything. Without any noise although It's behind the main super busy street which all shops cafes etc are... Stuff is very friendly and the owners do whatever they can In order for you to have great time. It's clean and it's value for money... The location is the key for u to have great time.Go for it.

Terribly pregnant room. Smell like drain. Really bad. Could hardly breathe in this room. Bad smell. Old smelly curtains and. Stinky bed linen. That they have the nerve to rent something like that. After my complaint they did nothing. They informed Booking that I hadn't arrived and canceled my stay to collect the money. Attention scammers. I was on the street, hard looking for a hotel

Très charmant, les chambres sont petites mais très confortables, propres, Alexandra est adorable❤️ Très bien situé, à deux pas de Taksim, metro et bus 👍 Le seul souci rencontré est le bruit du quartier, les nuits sont très agitées surtout les week-ends, bagarres, cris et le monsieur de l'Otoark parle fort même à 4h du matin, dommage parce que tout le reste était Top.

Останавливалась в данном отеле несколько раз, номера не большие но очень уютные, чистые. Сотрудники отеля очень отзывчивые и гостеприимные. Внимательны к просьбам. Удобное местоположение, близко к площади Таксим. Обязательно вернусь к вам снова.

С мужем посетили Стамбул с 07.10.2022 по 12.10.2022.С учетом трудностей бронирования, уже не надеялись подобрать что-то подходящее и по-приемлемой цене и при условии трудностей, связанных с картами visa. Считаю, что нам повезло.Если твоя цель спокойно и комфортно переночевать, при этом в удобном центровом месте, то это самое оно.Да, это скромное место, но оно исключительное за такие деньги, чистоту и оперативность информации от хозяев отеля! В наличии удобная кровать с чистым бельем, холодильник, телек, чайник, исправный фен и горячий душ.Убирали каждый день! Шума практически не слышали от Истикляль, а это немаловажно. Хозяева приветливые ,ответственные, порядочные люди всегда готовые прийти на помощь. При возможности приеду еще раз.

Dün aradım ve fiyatta anlaşıp rezervasyon yaptım. Öğleden sonraya odayı bekletemem, 12 gibi gelin dedi. Sabah garanti olsun diye ulaştım internetten sattık o odayı dedi. Gitsek kapıdan dönecektik yani. Dikkat edin günler önceden tuttuğunuz odayı başkasına satıp sizi mağdur etmesinler.
