The door handle was broken and the tiles were free with the underfloor expose. I don’t know the whole hotel is like this or they just chose to do give me this?

Klozet kapağı kırıktı.
Whirlpool’un suyu tıkamak için olan kısmı kırılmıştı, söylememize rağmen yedeği getirilmedi.

Der Service und die Gastfreundlichkeit sind überragend. Vor allem sind wir von der Sauberkeit beeindruckt. Jedes Mal, wenn wir abends nach dem Stadtbummeln zurückkamen, hatten wir das Gefühl neu einzuchecken, da es so sauber gemacht wird. Wir werden erneut diese Unterkunft buchen!

Öncelikle karsilamadaki güzel gözlü kız ismi sanırım pelin hanımdı..ve housekeepin ekibine ve güleryüzlü personelinden dolayı tüm çalışanlarına teşekkürü borç bilirim ve eşsiz el lezzeti ve tadı damağımda kalan menemenlerinden ötürü hem yemek çıkarıp hemde servise tek başına yetişebilen miğde kadar göz zevkinede hitap eden ascı faruk beyide unutmamak gerek..konakladigim sure boyunca gerek hitapları ve olaylara yaklaşın sekilleri olsun profesyonel bir ekip lokasyon olarak hemen galata kulesinin dibi bulunduğu sokağın nezihligi sakinliği restoran bölümündeki manzara ile istanbulun essiz güzelliği sizi alıp götürüyor oteldeki tek eksik benim nazarım da küçük ve ağır çalışan asansör tekrar teşekkürler arkadaşlar tekrar görüşmek uzere
