Warning for families: The problem is illicit and exploitative. I stayed for three days in a room with my firstborn. I wanted to extend for two days, but I didn't get a room on Booking. I went to reception and asked for an extension. They told me there were no rooms in the hotel. I went to the Rehlat website and found a large room with a large bed, an extra bed, a baby cot, and a cradle. At reception, I booked two days there from the website for 1,000 riyals per day. After booking, they told me this was for two adults and a child only. After arguing with them, they charged the third child 60 euros for two days. The room contained the wife and three children, 9, 11, and 2 years old. The father said he wouldn't stay with them because the room was enough. When I arrived at night with my firstborn, the reception stopped me and told my father that he wouldn't stay with them. I told him I was leaving and didn't enter the room with my firstborn. After half an hour, they called me to ask me to leave, and I was told that this hotel and the extension are animals in their dealings. They have no respect for customers. The hotel is also far from the markets. And there is no Simple shops next to the site. I do not recommend it. It is expensive and not worth living there. By God, this is exactly what happened to me, and I did not exaggerate in my description. Please be careful of their behavior.

The room was so-so, poorly lit, and the breakfast consisted mainly of bread, not worth the 1000 RMB standard. The booking stated one double bed and one sofa bed, but it was actually two single beds pushed together to form one double bed, which was uncomfortable. A mandatory 30 Euro fee was charged for children, and the booking was not canceled.
