Mint Residence Taksim

Excellent location, just a 2-minute walk to Taksim’s main avenue. It felt safe even at night. The metro is nearby, and the 24-hour Havaist airport bus stop is about a 15-minute walk away. The room was small but very clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was quiet. The window faced a wall, but if you need a good night’s sleep, that’s actually a plus! The staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful. El was especially kind and welcoming, and thanks to him, we felt very comfortable! Thank you!

The location is great where it’s close to Taksim central area and MRT nearby. The staff greeted nicely. There were some noisy sounds coming from Aircon during a whole night no matter whether turning off so it affected the sleep.

Room was small, even bed was small for 2 people.. little noisy room..

We had a comfortable stay at Mint Residence Taksim, right in the heart of Taksim where everything is happening. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was very clean, with regular cleaning, fresh beddings and towels, and a soft, comfortable bed and pillows. The mini‑fridge in the room was a nice bonus. They also arranged a taxi to Istanbul Airport for 1500 TL, and on a Sunday morning it reached in about 30 minutes, which was very convenient. Pros • Great location in the centre of Taksim • Good staff, polite and responsive • Very clean rooms, cleaned regularly • Soft bed & pillows • Fresh towels and beddings • Mini fridge in the room • Airport taxi service available Cons • Toiletries isn’t great, get your own like soaps. • No toothbrush or toothpaste provided • The air conditioner only blows air, not cold, even when set to 18°C.

The reception wasn’t helpful! There weren’t water in taps for nearly 15hours, asked help from reception, they ignored completely

My second stay in thus hotel and will probably come back. Highly recommended!👍👍👍

It's a bit underwhelming but hey it's a 3 stars hotel in a small alley, you get what you pay for. The hotel is good, has all the necessary things you'd find in a hotel. The staff is nice, the place is clean(ish). The location is close to Al Istiklal street and the metro (Green Line)

Everything was perfect, especially the host, Mr. El, who was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. He made us feel very comfortable and was always available whenever we needed anything.
