I used to stay in a cheaper hotel in this area and the rooms were bigger, cleaner and more comfortable. For breakfast the choice is very limited and if you want vegetables you will only eat tomatoes and cucumbers. No real coffee included in breakfast, only instant Nescafé. The staff was friendly and spoke English, they changed my room after I complained about my room being dirty. Overall the hotel is not bad but the price is too high to compare with other hotels.

In a city full of touts, scammers and unfriendly taxi drivers, this hotel and its super friendly staff is a real delight! I've never been in a hotel that is so welcoming! The staff is incredibly attentive. Service is for sure on a 5 star hotel level! Thanks to the whole hotel crew!

Lovely place, friendly personnel, in the middle of Istanbul.

It is indeed a very good location. The sea view room can directly see the Suleymaniye Mosque in the old city. When the weather is good, you can look back at Istanbul while lying in bed. The room is not big, 19 square meters, but it is really done. There is no wasted space. It has everything it should have and the facilities are intact. The breakfast is rich and there is no way to compare with the five-star hotel in terms of quantity, but the quality is very high. There is no wasted dishes, which meets my expectations for Istanbul breakfast. Disadvantages, there is an uphill road from the block to Istiklal Street. If you like to shop and consume on Istiklal Street, you need to walk up a little bit every time, but the distance is short and acceptable. There is a mini bar in the room, and the things in it are charged. I don’t think it’s appropriate. You can put a little less free products. It’s actually not good to charge for it.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing! The hotel is very clean and the services are excellent. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful and let's not forget the contribution of Othman the cat, who made my experience comfortable and enjoyable. Good hotel with lovely staff. We told them that we were leaving early on the last day and couldn't go to breakfast and they prepared some sandwiches for us for the trip.

I have traveled to many countries and this is my favorite hotel. I came here for my cats, but from the time I arrived until I left, everyone here made me feel very warm. This was the most comfortable stay in a foreign country. Although the room is not luxurious, it is clean and comfortable. It is located near the Stone Tower. I recommend it to everyone who travels to Istanbul. I will definitely choose this hotel next time. Excellent hotel! As soon as we arrived, we were offered tea/coffee/lemonade while we waited for check-in. We checked in very quickly and explained everything. We had a superior room with a sea view, with two separate beds. We settled on the 1st floor. The view, of course, due to the low location of the floor, is of the fence and the road, but if you raise your head a little you can still see the Bosphorus. The rooms are small, but everything is very clean and tidy. There are slippers, shampoo, shower gel, body balm, and hand soap. The water pressure is super, no interruptions. The hairdryer is an ordinary hotel hairdryer, not powerful. The towels are clean, changed every day. They were also cleaned every day, the cleaning was excellent. There is just a small open rack for clothes, but that was enough for us. Good breakfasts - a small buffet, and also an omelet/fried egg/scramble to choose from. The location of the hotel is also excellent. It's close to the metro and Galata Tower. Special thanks to all the hotel staff! Everyone is very nice, friendly and sociable! I recommend the hotel)

Thank you for the welcome! A cozy little hotel in the historical part of Istanbul. You can walk to the Galata Tower, Taksim Square and even from the Hagia Sophia we walked along the embankment. Friendly staff. Thank you.
