We were made to feel very welcome and special. All staff opened doors for us, asked how we were and made our stay very pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always on hand to help with any aspect of our trip. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone and would welcome the opportunity to revisit.

Quality services. Excellent availability of the reception staff, in particular the manager who speaks good French. Very clean. Very well placed in the historic district, very close to transport and tourist sites.

Central and renovated hotel just 15 minutes from the Grand Bazaar and the mosques /, spacious and very clean room, large and very comfortable beds. Special mention for all the staff, always willing to help with everything with a smile, Nural speaks Spanish and explains how to get anywhere, Mrs. Super nice and friendly. Our 5-night stay went perfectly, 15 minutes' walk from AnyaSophia and the Egyptian bazaars. The metro that takes us to the Asia side is at the foot of the hotel. The hotel rooms are very clean and everything is done to make your stay as good as possible. NURAL who is at the reception speaks very good French. He has reserved a guide for us, whom we recommend, who is called Gokhan. The benevolence of the staff is very appreciable. In the evening, after having walked well, we relaxed in the swimming pool whose water is hot (my body aches have disappeared) and in the hammam. Very nice hotel, quiet, in the city center close to historical sites. Staff very attentive, charming and responsive. We were very satisfied and recommend. We even got a little extra in the room because of our honeymoon. Sui staff speaks English and Turkish and even French!

Très bel hôtel. Propre avec un service impeccable emplacement idéal, tout se fait à pied. A 5 min des principaux sites de Sultanhamet... bateaux, bazars, commerces.... Merci à Ertan du petit déjeuner très professionnel qui a pris soin de nous, s’est montré bienveillant souriant, agréable d’échanger avec lui, donne de bons conseils pour les divers informations... Le petit déjeuner varié et généreux…Merci à tout le personnel.👍 Je reviendrai 🖐

PUn emplacement idéal à proximité de tous les sites touristiques les plus connus d 'Istanbul et dans le quartier le plus animé. Le plus de l hôtel est sans conteste l'accueil chaleureux du gérant et son professionnalisme exceptionnel. Il parle très bien français ce qui pour cette clientèle est un avantage incontestable.
