Overall, I liked everything. The location is excellent, close to the metro, tram, and the main attractions are within walking distance. The view from the restaurant on the 7th floor is stunning.

This was our first time in Istanbul, and we didn't regret choosing this hotel at all. The location is truly perfect. All transportation options are close: the metrobus, ferry, metro, and bus—everything is within walking distance. The room overlooks the Golden Horn. The view from the terrace is stunning. The staff is friendly. Anyone looking for flaws will certainly find them. We loved everything!

Excellent location. From the airport, you can take the Havaist bus to Sultanahmet and two tram stops away, or walk for 13 minutes for 300 lira instead of 45 euros.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and our room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of the city. The location is ideal, close to restaurants and public transportation. We would definitely return!

- Terrible sewer smell in the room - Dirty, not properly cleaned - Dated hotel - Excessive noise - Bed vibrates when the elevator goes up and down - Insufficient space in the family room (cramped) - Cold shower, 6 out of 10 times I showered with cold water. I called the lobby every time, and they always looked into it (which they didn't). - Loud music in the restaurant upstairs in the evenings, no one considers the guests. - Visitors on the restaurant terrace are too noisy. - Room next to the elevator (family rooms) - so much elevator noise makes sleeping impossible. The elevator is too noisy. - No proper window. No fresh air comes in. - Unfriendly staff in the restaurant during breakfast; you have to ask for everything yourself. They tidy things away while you're eating. - Air conditioning emits a musty smell, no maintenance. In short, if you still book this hotel after reading this review, you're crazy! I booked two rooms: a family room and a standard room. The rooms were on two different floors, but even then, everyone was bothered by this. The first room we got was even worse than the first. It's definitely not worth the money! Breakfast is okay. If things run out, you have to ask for them yourself. The only good thing about this hotel was the location, nothing else!

A good hotel for a short stay, great location, and clean! It's advisable to ask for a room upstairs for a beautiful view of the Bosphorus. Breakfast is served on the 7th floor, and you can also dine à la carte.

Всем привет 👋 Наша поездка была с8-12 января 2026. Эта гостиница расположена в старом городе Стамбула, хочу сказать по расположению очень удобно, это один из главных плюсов этого отеля,можно пешком дойти до всех достопримечательностей города за 15 минут или на электробусе наземное метро, 2 мин. остановка, очень удобно, едешь и смотришь по сторонам, так же есть метро, 🚌 . Сама гостинница без холла, поэтому больше отель для переночевать -при входе ресепшен и два столика, далее на лифте в зависимости от выданного вам номера. Открою маленький секрет 🤓самые классные виды это у номеров *02 на город, мечеть *03 студии ( оч маленькие номера) и вид на город и чем выше тем лучше, *04 *05 это Вид на город и во двор )) это про номера , что нам удалось увидеть, мы были в 601 не совсем прям маленький относительно нормальный, санузел маленький, и с одной стороны не удобно подходить к кровати , окошко маленькое, но есть вид на город, мы его поменяли из-за того что слышимость была, сломано окно ,матрас сломан)), все что ниже вид на стену здания будет) и потом нам дали Номер 202 - большой номер с 2мя окнами на мечеть и соседнее здание, хороший просторный номер 😊. Вид на Босфор предполагаем на 6 ом этаже в 602 номере ), на 7 этаже в их столовой энд ресторане, с утра проходят завтраки открывается шикарный вид на Босфор🫶, видно золотой месяц мечети ,чаечки -красота, а вечером как бар /ресторан можно поужинать за отдельную плату и устроить романтик вечер ☺️ так как мы были в январе нас устроило, что ресторан имеет стеклянные стены с двух сторон и защищен и прозрачен -Вид класс это второй главный плюс этому отелю , иногда прохладно особенно зимой, для тех кто пораньше приходит одевайтесь теплее🫶, но летом я думаю бомба🔥 Про завтрак: он стандартный без изысков:яйца, колбаска местная, сыр, свлатик овощной, помидоры , огурчики,орехи,сухофрукты, фрукты в основном яблоки мандарины, кофе разведенный, чай, молоко, на заказ омлет микс, еще была выпечка, домашнее что то, томатно -ореховая паста, голодным не останетесь но одно и тоже)) Из минусов отметили оба : матрасики жесткие,окна двери с щелями, включали кондиционер грели номер прохладно, и слышимость фантастика 😅 еще тв только на Турецком, учим язык😆 Спасибо работникам отеля за внимание 🙏🏻реагировали сразу на все замечания и просьбы выполняли🫶 Надеюсь вам поможет наш отзыв, всем Удачных путешествий 🫶✨

В целом нам отель понравился.Отличное месторасположение - рядом трамвай, обменники, кафе,набережная. Убирали, меняли белье и пополнили чай-кофе каждый день.В номере было чисто и удобная кровать, тихо. Во время дождя можно взять зонт напрокат. Из кафе на 7 этаже чудесный вид на Босфор. Из минусов.Бронировали номер с видом на море,переспросила несколько раз, сказали точно, с видом на море.Получилось, как в анекдоте - видно, но со шкафа.Фото прикрепила.У нас был 4 этаж.Кому важно, имейте ввиду. Прямо перед окном минарет мечети с громкоговорителями. В целом на третий день к намазу мы привыкли.

Location is great and the staff very helpful and kind. Not all of them speak English, but most of them try. There's no car street in front, so it's a good idea to plan transportation with the hotel, as they will help with the luggage the 30 meters to the street. Transportation price is standard €95, both ways, from and to the airport. The air conditioning is not operable from the room (besides fan speed), so the first night we were a little uncomfortable warm, however during the night the room cooled down. Room was small but functional, with a great view to the Golden Horn, the Bosporus and the sea. Breakfast is included and really good. Turkish style buffet with lots of cheese, beef hams, eggs, olives, bread, great spicy french fries, butter, jam, honey, Nutella, coffee, tea, natural juices, and assorted bread, croissants, etc. When you leave through the hotel front door, you're in the middle of the action, very close to Spice Bazaar, Grand Bazaar and lots of beautiful restaurants, historical mosques, baklava places, etc. Price is right, so I'll be staying here again.

Really nice small friendly hotel in the perfect Central location. Excellent value. Economy rooms are a great price. Small with no view but that's reflected in the price. Healthy options at breakfast and the sirin kofta restaurant outside is excellent value and excellent food and service.

Great location and fantastic view across the river from our room and the roof top. Staff are really friendly and helpful. They loaned us a travel card and came to meet us at the end of the road when we arrived. Rooms are clean and comfortable with everything you need. Just a great stay.

From start to finish we loved our stay at Glamour hotel. We started our Turkey adventure at Glamour and finished with Glamour. From the staff to the central location, and the view from the upper floors is perfect for an Istanbul stay. Would Highly recommend.
