The property is a complete apartment, with every thing you need ,large living room ,excellent bedroom with very large dressing clothes closet ,good kitchen with all needs ,washing machine, large refrigerator, very clean apartment, very friendly and very helpful stuff ,very quiet area ,with excellent location ,10 minutes walk from taksim square, and 5 minutes walk from the main road on the beach

Superb view. Very central. Unfortunately, taxis rarely come into the street. Otherwise, everything is great and clean.

Excellent hotel, the best of those where we stayed. Price/quality correspond. Huge room, everything is clean. There is everything necessary for life. Wonderful view of the sea from the large terrace.

Lir residence located down side of taksim, but despite of that the location actually very near with taksim and metro station which easily connect you to other cities in Istanbul. We are rarely using taxi because its very crowd road in Istanbul so metro is very helpful. It is very convenient for us. Room and ambiance in the apartment was great with classic style. The bigger room has very nice view of bosphorus and sunrise spot. Hassan and Ramazan was very nice and helpful. Thanks to them for making our stay so comfortable. They have all equipment you need as an apartment, kitchenette and washing machine as well crockeries. Near with groceries and other shop.

We didn't like anything about this accommodation including their rude staff member Ramzan!!! I would like to give very honest feedback about our experience during our stay in Lir Residence as we travelled with our family including 3 children age from 12 to 15 and it was a nightmare staying in this apartment. The pictures are absolutely deceiving. The location of this property is extremely poor. No elderly person or anyone with knee issues can climb up to this property. There were at at least 60-70 very dangerous steps on the stairs to climb after you walk up the 30+ degree of hill. When heading towards taksim square you have to climb upto 45+ degree of hill. They are selling this picture where one can look at Bosphorus river through the window but unfortunately upon arrival they don't offer this room to their customers. The facilities in the rooms were extremely poor, the cleaning was worst, the bathrooms were leaking, sink was clogged and there was no hot water in the shower, their air conditioning doesn't work, we had to move our room for 3 times in our 12 days stay including once at 3am in the morning due to extremely poor air conditioning. in the second their boiler was not working and the staff was expecting us to fix their faulty boiler. We were five people in the suite and every other day we had to constantly ask the reception to change our towels and remove the bins. They never cleaned the floor during our entire stay. In addition to everything the member of their main staff called Ramazan was extremely rude and arrogant with no customer service skills at all. After all above that we patiently suffered for 12 days, their staff Ramzan had the audacity to call us on our last day to tell us that we must leave the room by 12pm sharp despite my request for a late check out at 1:30pm. I went down to reception to request him again but he wouldn't listen and he raised his voice at me where I had to put him back to his place. He was a bully and they like to intimidate their customers.

Excellent hotel, friendly and unobtrusive staff, good clean rooms, great view from the upper floors of the Bosphorus both day and night. Nearby are Taksim and Istiklal (central party places of Istanbul), of the minuses 2022 - no order breakfast, but there is a cafe and Carrifur nearby.
