The hotel went well for the first two nights but then the heating no longer worked so at night it was very cold knowing that it was winter. Then on the last day I left my bag to have breakfast. To my great surprise, when I arrived at the airport, I noticed that €50 had been stolen.
Very narrow bathroom and shower
Daily cleaning of the room as soon as you are outside.
Otherwise the owner and his employees are great. Just the last day didn't please me. I had reserved the taxi money which was stolen from me

This hotel in Istanbul is absolutely exceptional! The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, the staff is warm and attentive, and the facilities are modern and well maintained. I highly recommend this hotel to all travelers to Istanbul asking for a minimum.

While I was out, money went missing from my wallet in the room. Without a safe, our belongings were vulnerable, and it seems the cleaning crew took advantage. Despite the owners seeming trustworthy, their staff's behaviour raises serious concerns about security and oversight. This incident overshadowed any positive aspects of my stay, and I hope the management takes steps to prevent such occurrences in the future.

I would like to write the amazing experience that I have in milano hotel, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is good with so many options, also the staff is friendly and can speak English. For sure, when I come back istanbul I will for sure stay again in Milano.

They gave me a small room asked multiple times for bigger room. They kept telling me tomorrow after my few days were over I checked into a better hotel.

The property was very dirty, small and extreme smell of uncleaned items. No air-conditioning at all, no windows to open, the breakfast was not great, cups were not cleaned. I've never ever thought a hotel like this, please do NOT deceive people. The first night I couldn't sleep at all, when I spoke with reception they said they've a general air condition issues. I'd like to process a formal complaint and would like to receive fully refund.
