The location is amazing! Walking around the area is safe and you can find restaurants, cafes and shops .. the hotel building was a soap factory 200 years ago and the interior is nice but they need to work on the cleaning . We got a gift bag when we left , that was a sweet gesture ..

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at, and I travel a lot. The service was incredible. I have never experienced a more friendly and professional staff. Lovely hotel, so beautiful, spacious rooms and the staff above all were amazing. Highly recommend to stay here if visiting Istanbul.

The room was very clean! There is a small bar right outside the door. It is especially recommended for people who come to Istanbul on their first day. You can consider moving to the old town later. The hotel is 200m away from the cross-sea bridge. You can experience the sudden enlightenment by walking. Souvenirs were given on Women's Day. You can also walk to Independence Avenue!

Facilities: The leather of the bedside bag in this hotel is very sharp and hard. I bumped into it when I checked in on the first day, and my knee was injured and bleeding. Then the light in the closet was always on and would not go out by itself. Service: The service was very timely. After I told them about the problem with the light the next day, it was fixed. They also gave me sleeping gummies, which was good.

The hotel is in a good location and the surrounding area is very lively. The hotel is a little crowded. The room is not big but very exquisite. The service staff is very friendly. Breakfast is on the ninth floor with a good view. It is quite noisy next to it, especially from midnight to 3 or 4 in the morning, and there are sounds from nightclubs, which affects sleep.

Overall it's pretty good, the location is very good ~ the price/performance ratio is super high ~ the view in the sky lounge is very good ~ there are not many types of breakfast, mainly Western style ~

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the T1 tram station (you can go to the European Old Town and the New Palace), and close to the Modern Art Museum. The rooms are irregular due to the renovation of the old building. The tower view terrace room is especially not recommended (the small terrace is shaded and you can't see the strait). In fact, the king-size bed room is more cost-effective than this room type. But the hotel breakfast is good, and the breakfast restaurant is on the top floor overlooking the strait. The hotel front desk and room service are very good. There is a white dog at the front door of the hotel. It looks a bit old, but the hotel provides it with a place to stay (its name is ADA, and sometimes it goes to the door of the Novotel next door to lie down). The whole Istanbul is very friendly to dogs and cats. It is a touching city!

This is an old chain hotel that is great in every aspect, but the room type is not consistent with the pictures. I originally wanted to spend more money to see the panoramic city view, so I booked this room type, but the hotel gave me a 2nd floor, and the window was a building on the peninsula, which affected my travel expectations. So everyone should pay attention to note the floor and room view

The location is in the new city, convenient for travel, just walk to Galata Tower and Independence Avenue. The hotel rooms are equipped with Chinese plugs, I wonder if there are some rooms for Chinese guests. The room was booked as an atrium room, which is relatively small and the light is average. The hotel is still very beautiful, more than 2,400 a night, which feels expensive.

The location is excellent. Next to the Tophane light rail station, it takes two minutes to walk directly to the newly opened galatapot. It is located between the new town and the old town. The restaurant has a great view and the service is good. The rooms are also very good. I will choose JW next time I come.
