We spent 10 days and 10 nights in this establishment, chosen mainly because it met our needs, namely balanced cuisine and breakfast service. Regarding breakfast, it is composed of typically local savory food, I regret that there is not at least something sweet like brioches, also absence of fruit juice, which for my part is an aberration given the prices applied, therefore travelers accustomed to Western breakfast must take this into consideration, otherwise they will be very disappointed. At the end of the third night, we noticed that our daughter (who was sleeping on the sofa) had been bitten, probably by bedbugs, so we informed the reception who changed apartments for us, failing to apologize for this inconvenience, which would have been the least of things, seeing the lightness with which our case was handled, I asked to see a manager to let him know how I felt about the situation, the receptionist replied “why? » after a new request he tells me that the manager is on vacation, I understand that I will not see the manager during our stay. The apartment is in good general condition, apart from some equipment such as the iron and the table which in my opinion should be thrown in the trash. Concerning the staff, I regret the lack of professionalism both at reception and at breakfast, making our stay unpleasant to the point of going to have breakfast reluctantly because indeed after asking to see the manager the behavior have changed, with the exception of the gentleman with green eyes and the chambermaids upstairs who have always been smiling and available. Therefore, I will not recommend this establishment and absolutely do not plan to return there.
