Good points to start on a good note: location, price, close to Metro, Trams, shopping , restaurans.
The not ver good bits: room was dated, there was a hole in bathroom, so you could hear other rooms, A/C working only part time, very little choice of breakfast (one day even with no coffee), staff speaks no English or German
The WORST part: Noise! I had room at the back and there was some generator running outside all the time. Throuout the night (litterarly all night) someone has been smashing somethig inside the hotel, so I kept waking up in shock several times. Somehow I made it through the 4 nights, but would not come back ever.
