The place located os strategic and easy access for public transport. Very quiet and peaceful. The staff is very friendly and helpful especially Mustafa, same goes to other staff. Very good hospitality

Staff was very indifferent.
We bought a sea view room through the app. However, when we went, they gave us a room facing the wall. They did not even care, saying that the sea view was not reported.
Glasses, water, etc. in the room. There was nothing. When we called the reception and asked, they said that we could go down from the 4th floor and get it from the carboy. There is a kettle in the room, but there was no coffee or tea you could drink. When we called, they said we could go down 4 floors and get them. (no elevator)
It is in a slightly opposite location, but you can also walk to Galata and Şişhane in 5 minutes.
Cleaning was not bad, but the door of the room was broken and could not be closed by pulling it from the outside, you can pretend to open the lock with the key and close it that way.
In general, it was a terrible service and accommodation, you can definitely stay in much better hotels and better facilities in terms of price performance. I suggest you don't.

Obsługa gości hotelowych. Uprzejma i chętna do pomocy i wsparcia. Świetna lokalizacja blisko metra i tramwajów oraz autobusów. Bardzo czysto i przytulnie. Z pokoju 502 oszałamiający widok na meczety panoramę miasta i Bosfor. Z innych pokoi hotelowych niestety brak ładnych widoków - widać inne bloki i ulice. Polecamy Wszystkim pokój 502 na najwyższym piętrze.
