Highly Recommended! The reception staff were very helpful and responsive. They even allowed me an early check-in, which helped me a lot. Don’t think twice—just stay here! Yes, there’s no elevator, but don’t worry—the staff will gladly help you with your luggage. They also provided me with a quick and hassle-free airport drop-off service. I was very satisfied with their service, and I’ll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

I was very pleased with my experience. The staff was respectful and friendly, our room was clean and comfortable, and we had no hygiene issues. The hotel's location was also excellent, within walking distance of the Galata Tower. It was a great value.

The hotel is conveniently located near the metro. Getting there from the airport is quite affordable. The room is large and has comfortable beds. Crisp white linens and pillows are comfortable. That's where the positives end. A steep staircase leads to the third floor; there's no elevator. The advertised breakfast—a 5-euro buffet—wasn't available; we had to buy groceries the night before. And the icing on the cake: the view from the window was a dump. We had to keep the windows closed at all times.

I don't understand the negative reviews at all. Everything was just great. I arrived around 9am and they were able to check me in at that time. although I wrote to the mail, but I did not get an answer ((( a young man helped to lift the suitcase to the 4th floor. there is no elevator (( the stairs are spiral and uncomfortable. it is hard to walk, to be honest. the guys from the reception always said hello. cleaning was every day. there are towels in the room. soap and toiletries, tea, coffee, kettle, hair dryer, slippers were given, 2 bottles of water + then they gave more water. the air conditioner worked. the view was on the wall, but it did not matter. the room is really big. there was a sofa, bedside tables, a table not yet big. two armchairs and a table between them. of the minuses, for such a big room there is no refrigerator. at least to buy elementary yogurts in the morning to quickly eat or put water to cool. at least a mini-fridge would be good. nearby metro. you can orient yourself in the metro by the sign Istanbul galata university (something like that) this is the closest exit. in general, I am very happy and recommend it to everyone.

The employees were very indifferent. We purchased a sea view room through the application. However, when we went, they gave us a room facing the wall. They didn't even care, saying sea view wasn't declared. There are no glasses, water etc. in the room. There was nothing. When we called the reception and asked, they said we could go down from the 4th floor and get it from the carboy. There is a kettle in the room, but there was no coffee or tea you could drink. When we called, they said we could pick them up by going down 4 floors (there is no elevator). The location is a bit opposite, but you can still walk to Galata and Şişhane in 5 minutes. The cleaning was not bad, but the door of the room was broken and could not be closed by pulling it from the outside, you can pretend to open the lock with the key and close it that way. In general, it was a terrible service and accommodation, you can definitely stay in much better hotels and with better facilities in terms of price performance. I recommend you not to choose it.

The hotel was nice and clean. The location is very good. The guys were very nice. Thanks to Fuat Bey. The rooms are cleaned daily and the room I stayed in was spacious. The staff was friendly. Everything is available in the room. A hotel I can choose when I come again.
