In the middle of know where.. is a clean place to sleep for few hours. All Turkish people are nice so the staff makes no difference. Support for hair drier , but the fair drier is missing. Good breakfast. I recommend it if you miss your flight

I discussed with the hotel a few days in advance about the cancellation, but the hotel was unwilling to do so, and Ctrip did not help either. So when booking a room, you must check whether you can cancel it.

I spent one night at this hotel to be next to the airport. I spent a horrible night with my mother because in the room there was a very bad smell of mold and cigarettes. In the bed it scratched our bodies a lot so it stopped us from sleeping. Then there was no help to carry our suitcases to the 2nd floor of the hotel, we had to manage alone it is really horrible of them. The kettle did not work and the window half broken. And the worst is a man at the reception who offered us a transfer from the hotel to the airport for 30 € for 10 minutes of road it is just a scam he made us believe that to take the taxi it was complicated just to scam us. In the end I ordered an Uber and it cost me much less. Really run away from this hotel if you want to have a good night.

Except for being close to the airport, there is no advantage. I will not stay here again next time. I will put it on the blacklist.

The worst experience is not one of the reasons: 1. The hygiene is worrying: the sheets are dirty with a clear stain and no quilt only a thin blanket No trash can in the room only one trash can in the bathroom 2 Poor service : I booked a double bed room on the trip and asked the front desk to confirm it when I checked in, but when I opened the door it was indeed a double bed, and the person who came back to ask the front desk said that he only had this room and we were unwilling to stay and could cancel it (at this time It's almost 1:30 in the morning) is obviously a threat and no quilt, only a small blanket; no dust bin in the room. 2. Terrible service : we booked a room with 2 beds for me and my friend, while checking in, we asked the receptionist and he confirmed that we will be staying in a double bed room but it turns out that it is a single bed room when we open the door. We tried to call from the room to reception, then, of course the phone is not working. We went back to reception, the guy says, that is what he has available now, if we do not like it, we can cancel it, and that was 1:30 am. Obviously, he is not even trying to solve the mistake they made which is not giving us the room which we ordered, but also threatening us to cancel the reservation at 1 30 am. 3. 部屋の壁紙が少し怖かったのと、4日のうち2日目の夜に誰かが部屋に入ろうとする形跡があったのは本当に怖かった。 それと、目の前のモスクのお祈りの音で朝4時半に強制的に目が覚めます。また、一階で目の前が道路なのに壁が防音ではなかったので車の音でも定期的に目が覚めます。 空港近くのホテルを取るならできるだけモスクから遠い場所、また2階か3階をお勧めします。

They are scammers! I booked through booking to pay only during my stay and they immediately charged my card and they didn't even say when they would refund me the money. I cancelled due to their lack of honesty and bad reviews. Don't fall for this trap.

The manager is a right thief, never go here. If you are here reading this, then you’re in trouble. He followed me up the stairs taking extra money off my card for food that was outrageously priced. I left the hotel due to not trusting them and their theft. He acts fraudulently and should be held accountable.

Sadly this hotel is part of a group of scammers operating at the airport. Having had our flight delayed by 24 hours we were told that to get a free hotel we would have to wait 3 hours, and then very early transfer back, or we could pay and have a city tour, 4* hotel, transfers, dinner and breakfast. This seemed a good option and we paid. They switched the payment to local currency and as we had no access to check the conversion and the price paid was far more than agreed. They also insisted we pay a 'service charge'. It turned out the only thing 4* about the hotel were the 4 stars in its logo (although it was serviceable), unknown to us our city tour started at the airport and consisted of one drop off in a local square, dinner was 4 chicken wraps dropped to our room and breakfast was salad, bread and cold chips. Very disappointed that the hotel guys acted like they had no idea what was going on despite the fact they had the contact numbers of all the scammers and it all seemed very friendly and familiar! A sorry experience of Turkey.

I booked a 38 Euro two way transfer from the Airport and back but to my surprise when I reached the hotel the receptionist insisted I pay 75 Euros right away for a two way transfer in advance before she can check me in. I insisted on the email I received for the price but she refused and told me her manager ordered to collect 75 Euros right away and not 38 as per the confirmation mail. TO ADD SALT to injury she converted the 75 Euros into TRY and asked for 3000 TRY which is equal for 110 EUROS. THE MANAGER CAME AND EVEN THREATENED Not to check me in if I don't pay the room charges and the 3000 TRY additional charge for the transport. They refused to give me their names when I requested. Being in a foreign country and scared for the safety of my family I preferred staying low profile and not making noise when it was clear that they were both looting me. I only gave them 3 stars because of the breakfast. It’s very good! The hotel is overpriced, and so are all of the hotels in this area. It’s very noisy inside and out. If you need a bed and a shower, this is it, but you will pay more than $50 a night for a room worth $20. The Arnavutkoy is not friendly to tourists. It’s very dangerous at night because of the dogs.
