Terrible service. Rooms and Washrooms are smelly. No maintenance. Whatever you ask them for the room they are going to say no for that. Mattress is so uncomfortable and pillows are smelly Very bad selection if you’re going to live here

It was filthy, smelly, there were ants, there were holes in the walls, the ceiling leaked when it rained, the toilet leaked and barely flushed. The heater didn’t work in our first room. The room was nothing like the pictures and much smaller. It was a terrible place.

The hotel was full so i didn't check in. I just stayed at the reception till morning. So bad i have never been in this situation before.

Horrible séjour!
Le responsable pas au courant de notre arrivée car réservation via votre site et dit ne pas être averti par votre service.
Du coup nous sommes logés dans une chambre de bonne dans une maison plus soin dans la rue.
2 lit 2 places pour 7 personnes!!!!
