Lets start with the breakfast view, it was wonderful. We love it so much. The breakfast food were okay. The room was so nice, clean and tidy. The design is just nice. They had a kitchen at my floor, with microwave, eating utensils, all provided. The cleaner was so friendly, no english yet tried very hard to understand our questions and requests. (But then I used google translate to make her life easier haha). The reception was so helpful. Our first day at this location was one of the best decision we made, 2-3 minutes walk to the park where you can see the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia up close? You need to pass through this park to get to tram station(Sultan Ahmet Station- 7 minutes strolling), so its an amazing walk. This area is good for walking and strolling. You should try it.

It was great, the breakfast is well worth it, the staff were very friendly, the location is central, clean and close to the main attractions.

Mr serkan, d guy who served us breakfast was a great guy, same wth d lady who prepared breakfast in d kitchen. they are really great staff & very helpful, friendly. i like d hair shampoo/hair conditioner provided by d hotel, smell good & really great on my hair. they made my hair shiny & healthy.

It's very close to tourist attractions like Hagia Sophia. Depending on the room, it may be in a different building from the reception where you check in. Breakfast is also served on the 4th floor of a building opposite the reception.

The room is hygienic and clean, the sheets are changed every day, the staff is friendly, and breakfast is provided. It is close to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The hotel is in the old city and close to the seaside. It is very comfortable to stroll around.

Мне понравился отель, особенно расположение,прямо за Голубой мечетью. Уборка в номере каждый день. Номер для троих был двухкомнатным, что очень удобно, никто никому не мешал 👍 завтраки с отличным видом, ассортимент небольшой на завтраке, но голодными не останетесь, свежая выпечка каждое утро.

Friendliest, welcoming, helpful staff I have had the luxury of meeting. The room was excellent, bed was comfortable, shower was refreshing free breakfast was amazing. Love Princess the cat, so gorgeous.

The hotel is a solid 3-star hotel. The double bedroom was nice, the staff friendly and professional and the breakfast area had views over the bosphorus. The reason it only gets 3 stars is the fact that they are renovating a hotel across the street late in the night and it is so noisy one cannot think or sleep. The first evening they stopped at midnight and the second night they ended at 03:00 in the morning. Hence we did not sleep. A special thanks to reception manager Sezgin who found my mobile phone in the reception area and returned it to me!

The housekeeper is so friendly, the front desk receptionist are so kind and welcoming. The hotel is located in a very good location and is so close to The Blue Mosque and Ayasofya Mosque. All the working people in this hotel are so kind. And the hotel offers a very affordable tours around istambul.

The hotel room is satisfactory, though the bathrooms are quite small. However, the service is exceptional, and the breakfast offered is excellent. The staff members are also very friendly and accommodating. A special mention to Mr. Sezbin and Mr. Yulvi, who were particularly helpful and went out of their way to assist us. My friends and I are truly grateful for their support.

My family and I were so excited to stay here. The location was great. Check in was a breeze, staff was nice but first flag was the room was at the hotel across the street. But it was a decent size room. First thing we noticed was the paint chipping of the wall and the handle to the shower door was held up with plastic wrap. Then we saw Mold in the bathroom and bed bugs on the bed. When we called the staff he came to inspect and said the bed bug came in from outside and smacked the pillow out the window to let the bed bug out. There was a restaurant below us and people eating outside. Absolutely disgusting!!! I explained that there was no way my family and I were going to sleep there with mold and bed bugs. He asked me to deal with it until the morning because they were fully booked and no other rooms available. This is completely unacceptable!!!! At this point my family and I were forced leave and look for another hotel at 1am after a long 10hr flight. Luckily after about an hour we were able to find another hotel that allowed us to come in right away and check in for the remaining of the night.
